Just seen that they have closed their UK operation

Having read several reviews regarding this seller and issues regarding delivery, I can honestly say that upon the completion of my recent purchase of an expensive watch, I encountered no problems.
Buyers have to remember that if you purchase items from the other side of the world, they are not going to arrive the next day. If you are patient then I would expect a delivery up to three weeks is acceptable.
The item came as specified and I am fully satisfied with my transaction.

easy site to deal with

Ordered my phone and then got sent an email straight away informing me of the progress of my order.
Courier information progress easily tracked in to the uk right through to Royal Mail then to my door step.
Excellent product with a uk plug which i wasn't expecting. Fantastic service, saving £100's and the second time i have used Tobydeals. Definately would recommend.

Purchased a Osmo 4 gimbal which was due to be delivered by HERMES. Received notification that my parcel was out for delivery. Next message we had was that the parcel was returned to sender. I have sent an E.mail to Toby deals on several occasions but have not received a reply answering my questions. They have received my money then lost interest with my problem. I understand from the internet that parcels are going missing from the courier HERMES also customer are being advised that there parcel has been damaged and then destroyed. Legally as my purchase was from Toby they should contact the courier as they had a contract with them to deliver the goods. If you cannot resolve the problem a full refund should be made as I purchased the goods from you I had no contract with HERMES. Beware of HERMES read reviews on the net/

It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my item. Tracking hasn’t been updated and it still says that they’re yet to receive it?? Massive scam and will be escalating for a refund through PayPal. They also never respond to emails

Bought an ipad 2 years ago and Toby were no hassle what so ever, cheap, efficient and everything went well so have just ordered another with them now so fingers crossed. Cheap, efficient, brand new, delivery takes a few days but hey youre saving money

Unsure what to write in here...you are asking if I am happy with the product I bought from you two and a half weeks ago but I haven't received it yet... Ask me again in a while.

I was sceptical about ordering from this site because, despite some enormous discounts, I was turned off by the, what I can only explain as, 'mixed reviews'. However I proceeded in ordering anyway as I saw it as a sort of risk free gamble, as you can pay via paypal.

My first order with TobyDeals (a smartwatch) had a minor hiccup, due to an issue with the courier, but to my pleasant surprise the order arrived (all be it late) in brand spanking new condition, completely boxed up and sealed. Having tested all the features were in check and now having used it for several months I can safely say that gamble completely paid off.

This brings us to early 2021 where I decided to test my luck again and order another item from this site. I found an item I had been eyeing up (a tablet) on the main brand's website was discounted on TobyDeals. I tempted fate and waited for a problem to spring up with the delivery. But once again to my bewilderment, not only did my item turn up in mint condition but it turned up ahead of schedule, within the week of the order itself (I can only imagine what the reprimand handed out to the courier by Toby himself must have been like after my first order to inspire such a turn around).

In all seriousness don't believe some of the botted reviews, you can find some absolute steals on this site and I haven't encountered a serious problem yet, definitely worth checking out in my opinion.

We've already purchased an Ipad Pro at excellent discount (was even sent with a complimentary UK power supply). Just purchased an Apple Watch at great discount.

I was told to receive a £6.99 voucher for the review. Haven't received it!

I am satisfied, I have read the negative opinions of other people and I do not agree with them, I received the package after the promised delivery date, but is it a wine shop? rather no, I was nervous, the package arrived intact, undamaged, carefully secured, I hope everything will be fine.

Bought Samsung Mobile Phone for my Mother. Site said 5 days and it was more than 2 weeks. Was shipped from Hong Kong/China.

So it arrived, powered up in Chinese. Unable to change to English. Absolute con.

Ordered a Christmas present on the 30th November and still haven’t received it 09/02 or a refund for items not received. They ignore emails and only send generic responses, if at all.
I escalated to PayPal and now they are just putting off refunding me, which I guess is because Toby are ignoring them too. Avoid at all costs - it’s okay trying to save some money but the risk is just not worth it.
I now have a very upset daughter who never received her present and no money to replace it.
Disgusting service.

Shocking service. I ordered a mobile phone that was in stock on 26/1 and its now 9/2 and nothing- they even claimed at one point it had been dispatched but surprise surprise no tracking details. I will be cancelling the order. Lesson is take note of the reviews.

Arrived in just over 2 weeks but product is great! I didn’t realise it didn’t come with a memory card but other than that really good! Saved so much money - cheapest I could find online.

Communication was great - after reading some bad reviews I was a little apprehensive but it arrived in perfect condition and I’m excited to get using it!

I was looking for a particular photo negative scanner made by Plustek, the Opticfilm 8200i SE. A general search showed quite a few vendors but everyone was out of stock.
This company however showed the premium model, normally a lot more expensive for the same price and showing this in stock. I thought it was a good deal, a brief look at Trustpilot show some negativity but I was paying through Paypal so had some level of protection.
Once ordered I waited the required time (84hrs) before querying why I hadn't received the processing/dispatch email. But recieved no answer from email. All this time the website still showed in stock.
I sent another but no reply.
Only when I contacted them through Paypal's resolution centre did I finally get a reply, but this was just to tell me they were having problems processing the order and will advise me when it happened ( read no stock!)
I waited a few more days then cancelled my order.
I recieved a full refund but they had my money from 25th Jan till now 8th Feb.
In the mean time another site showed in stock briefly but by the time I received my money back they were again out of stock.
Deceitful advertising and very poor customer service!

Price is the only thing that's right about this outfit.
Lies about stock levels & delivery times.
Distasteful & crooked.

Prices are competitive but the key thing they don't advise the delivery lead time. I saved about £10 but still after 10 days my item has not arrived - next time I will be sure to use Amazon and paying the extra is worth next day delivery. There is no one to contact and responses are non existent.
