I ask help and call the phone number on the I was on hold 1 hour and 25 min then they hung up on me 8/6/2020 then latter the same day 66 min with no answer/ the next day 45 min before any answered my phone call, they fix the one issues/but never fix the long in issues this is a new account and i need to log in, but I CAN'T i follow the what they say to do but the card all ready active.

Minimum payment due is much higher than the 5% stated in the terms
The application process was easy but the minimum amount due is higher than any of my other cards and the calculations don't add up. My balance was around $1700 and my minimum payment due was $130 which is much higher than the 5% of my balance. Not sure how it's being calculated but I made a payment of $350 and the very next day I received the new bill and the minimum payment is $129.47, reviewing the statements doesn't help figure out the high minimum payment. I've never gone over my limit of $2,000 and the annual fee is charged at $10 a month but that still wouldn't make the minimum payment $129. I have a Wells Fargo visa with the same limit and the balance is always around $1900 but the minimum payment due has never gone above $65. Needless to say this card goes in the safe and the only transactions will be payments until the balance is transfered or zero, this will now be the "Emergency use only" card.
