Not Impressed
Never received first card. Called for a second and didn't get that one either. Called for a third and they sent via FedEx. Received that one but they started charging monthly fees from date they sent first one. Then tacked ok a $30 late fee. Had a balance of $60 before I ever received a card. Was supposed to hear back from upper management but never did

Unable to change terms
I did not have any problems with my Today Card card until I asked for a lower interest rate. Mine was 33%. I was told that was my only option. If I close this account, I can never open it again.

I WAS OUT OF TOWN AND STOPPED TO GAS UP…
I WAS OUT OF TOWN AND STOPPED TO GAS UP AT HEB IN MARBLE FALLS,TX.THE TEMP WAS OVER 100 AND MY NEW CARD WITH A $2000 LIMIT WAS DECLINED 3 TIMES.I HAD TO CALL THE COMPANY TO SEE WHAT TO DO AND HAD TO GO THROUGH THE OFFICE TO GET THE AUTHORIZATION TO PUMP MY GAS.IT WAS A HASSLE IN THE HEAT AND MADE ME TO THINK NOT TO USE THE CARD AGAIN.

Great just a couple small issues
The only issue is no cash advances and the app. I shouldn’t have to log in every single time on the app. Add face ID to easier login and it will be great. Everything else has been a pleasant experience. Thank you
