You guys are great.....I needed alot of help because alot of transactions showed 0 cost basis....unbelievable Robin and Lance figured it all out....well worth the Xtra $ to use the white glove service.

They are really just the best team of people, true professionals in every way. I was once told a good cpa is worth their weight in gold, and that couldn’t be more true. I have used them since 2018, and even had them amend my 2017 returns which I did a horrible job on. I had the pleasure of speaking to their leadership when correcting those taxes and it was clear how thoughtful, respectful and knowledgeable they were. Even when I lost my composure they gave me a lot of grace and it’s a real pleasure to work with people who are so genuine and kind hearted. it really showed a lot about their character. They did it all with fair pricing and clearly explaining to me what the situation was and how we would correct it. We live in a country that is not exactly friendly or clear on crypto rules and imho having skilled professionals on your side is the only safe way to invest in crypto without inviting possible issues. I’ve used them every year since 2018 and even use them on light trading years, they do a great job on the other portions of my taxes as well not just the crypto. Shoutout to token tax!

I have been a tokentax customer since their inception, working with Andrew and Zac and many more of their team. They have always handled my taxes with care and hold my hand for any questions I have had over these past 5-6 years. They also handle my dad and brother's crypto taxes as well. This company is the best crypto tax reporting company in the marketplace. I have tried most of the others. Their customer service, mostly on chat, has been exceptionally quick to get back to me with the answers I needed. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

I have had fantastic service from everyone I have dealt with at TokenTax. I have learned from them a few things that will help me avoid making mistakes which will greatly simplify my preparation next year.

Emma was a Godsend to me in determining what I needed, how to get the information, update the information, sending me screenshots to assist me. I am a complete novice with cryptocurrency and due to cognitive impairment, my husband does not remember anything. Emma helped me tremendously to try to piece together what I need to file our taxes. She was ever so calm and helpful! I will definitely contact her again if I have further questions. TokenTax may be a little on the expensive side, but considering all the time saved and the hand holding, I find it worth it!! Thanks Emma!

Good product that can handle all different types of crypto transactions, and it continues to improve over time. Customer support is really high quality, Robin knew every little detail and was able to help me work through some tricky issues.

Emma from TokenTax provided such great customer service today, I wanted to write a quick review as a thank you. She was quick to reply, thorough in her responses and courteous. She was patient and cheerful and went the extra mile by generating a report for me.

TokenTax platform is generally intuitive and fast but nice to know excellent support is only a click away (be sure to enable popups on your browser to enable the chat button in the lower right).

TokenTax's customer support - in my case, mostly Robin and briefly Kerri - has been exceptional. While much of the raw transaction data imported into TokenTax was interpreted appropriately by their software, there were also many transactions that did not render properly, leading to an inaccurate estimated tax liability, and needed to be edited manually. However, it often wasn't clear what was wrong and how to fix it! I have the Pro plan, and asked for help via the Live Chat feature. Within a half hour I got a response from Kerri. Kerri went above and beyond to help me identify and resolve the issues, fixing one instance of the problem as a courtesy and writing a detailed explanation, along with marked-up screenshots, so that I would be able to resolve further instances of that particular kind of problem myself. After a little while, Robin took Kerri's place and has been helping me since. He has been amazingly dedicated, conscientious, honest, and knowledgeable, also always going above and beyond to help me understand what needed to be fixed and how to do it. While he suggested that I could benefit from the VIP plan (in which specialists reconcile all the problematic transactions for you), he did not pressure me to upgrade; instead, given that I chose to reconcile the issues myself, he has stuck with me, providing the guidance I needed to do it in every case, with clear, detailed instructions, accompanied by marked-up screenshots, that were always sufficient for me to understand what I needed to do. In one case he even sent me a spreadsheet calculator tool designed to address the sort of issue I was dealing with.

Hopefully the industry will evolve such that all this reconciliation work will cease to be necessary, but given that it is, I'm very glad to have had Robin and Kerri by my side.

Used them for my 2022 taxes. It wasn't seamless (blame our government for making it complicated), but the help they offered was part of their most expensive plan, even though I wasn't on it.

TokenTax has completed my complex reconciliation by the tax deadline for the past two years.

Their team is professional, skilled, ethical, and pragmatic. I highly recommend their VIP service.

Simple UI/UX. Worked as expected. Chat support from Oat was very good. I had issues with Taxbit for the 2021 year, but the API gathered the data without the same errors. Will continue to use TokenTax!

Both of the people that helped me were great. Robin was awesome. Stayed with me the whole time until everything was completely straighten out. I had a mess and now thanks to your awesome employees, I am good to go. I cannot thank them enough! Excellent customer service - very knowledgeable - and were extremely helpful to me. WOW I could not be happier with the service that I received! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to technical things with crypto, but they were able to take care of everything for me. Customer service is top tier!!! Robin went way way way above and beyond for me. They went in and did very detailed work and made sure everything was correct and filled in. I’ve used token tax the past two years and will continue using them in the future. They took all of the stress off of me and handled everything. Please use token tax when filing your taxes you will not regret it!!!

Last year I tried multiple crypto tax products. This one, for me, was the simplest and easiest. It had less blockers than some. Once you connect things, they stay connected. You just hit a button to re-synch the next year. The only hiccup is that they need to help translate some CSVs, so, you should start generating these early so you don't get into a last minute crunch. Their support team is awesome. So, if you get stuck with anything, someone is there to help get you through it. That is worth gold in the crypto space, where so often, you're on your own. Token Tax makes tax season a lot easier, and I'm so glad this is the service I picked.

Really great customer service and self-service FAQs. Takes a little while to figure out the details, but it's pretty intuitive. Would recommend and I expect to continue using the platform for the foreseeable future.
