Beware if you are a new client like me, I bought 7 days pass, use only 1 ride, then stop going to work due to got sick, I message the company in the app for token transit, to see if anyway they can help extending my 7 days either by letting me use the remaining 6 days or refunding the balance, they said if you don't use it you loose it. I called my local area transit to ask the same, they said the same, not fair for riders, if something out of our control happens and we can't use it in time, they are keeping my 15.00$. it's feels like a SCAM. SHAME on you all.

I have had 2 smart cards I've loaded online and then failed to have added to the card and the card I stating not valid. I have been inconvenienced with having to go to the main bus terminal to have the funds loaded o to another card. One would think if more than one transit coty/company is being handled token transits system should be able to immediately load the card once funds are received off the debit/credit cards.

Never Sent a Ticket
I bought a ticket for my daughter which was supposed to come through immediately. It never did. After back and forth with tech support they basically are ignoring me. Stay away from this service.
