Tom Barnes Surveyors gave us an excellent service from booking him through his online site to the surveying of a property we plan to purchase. His follow up telephone conversation informing us on some of his findings was informative and helpful. The electronic Survey full report was returned to us within a few days of the survey date and was very thorough and informative. We would definitely recommend Tom Barnes Surveyors for an excellent service.

Exceptional service throughout. From first contact, to booking, to the survey itself, and finally to the telephone call and final report, the service was first class.
Booking was easy, with a very reasonable price. The survey itself was followed by a telephone call to go through the ‘highlights’ and to offer a chance to ask questions. This was swiftly followed by an extremely detailed report by email.

Very pleased with my experience with Tom and the team. He turned up when they said he would, I received the report when he said I would receive it. I am very happy with the report, I feel he was very thorough in the survey and the report was easy for me to understand. Tom even called me after he had visited the property to explain his more serious findings which was really appreciated. We used Tom Barnes to carry out a survey on our prospective home in the Coventry area which was built around 1950s. We went for a level 2 survey. Tom was brilliant and efficient, contacting me personally to keep me informed. Where I needed clarity on the document the team speedily arranged an appointment to go over those details. This effective communication allowed me to continue on to purchasing my property aware and in a timely manner. They provided no complications so I would happily recommend!

Tom did a Level 2 Homebuyers Survey for me. He was extremely thorough and provided a comprehensive report. It had detailed descriptions of his findings and pictures so you could see exactly what was wrong. The report was easy to understand but a follow on call was also provided in case of any questions. Tom was extremely professional, knowledgeable and punctual and the report was provided within 3 days of the survey. Throughout the whole process of using Tom Barnes Surveyors, I found them extremely professional. I was unsure of what level of survey to get and Tom was very honest when he advised that I only needed the Level 2. I received a summary call on the day of the survey. The detailed report was received within 3 days (and it was Bank Holiday Monday) and the portal from beginning to end was very easy to navigate. I have had a few queries following the survey and Tom has been extremely helpful; getting back to me very quickly. Tom and the team are fabulous! From my first enquiry, I was provided with the potential week the appointment was likely to occur to avoid disappointment. Tom gave me a ring after the house had been surveyed to update me regarding any potential issues with the house. I asked for a Level 3 survey, which to my surprise, at the time, also came with an offer for a free drone survey. I obtained a comprehensive report with lots of photographs included. A copy of the report was sent to my solicitor without me having to lift a finger.
