Excellent customer service from Beth and Beverley. My cooling flask had a leaky lid and after getting in touch with customer services and speaking with Beth and Beverley, they were able to send me out a new cooling flask to resolve the issue free of charge. My wife and I can't thank Tommee Tippee enough.

Good experience using website but you need to think about the company you use for delivery. As they chucked my parcel over the fence and not bothered to hand it to me. Lucky the product wasn’t broken and lucky I didn’t order the glass bottles otherwise it would be a different story

I wanted to leave this review to say a huge thank you to the Tommee Tippee customer service team, especially Jude, who went above and beyond to help my family.
My daughter is autistic and non-verbal, and her soothers are a huge source of comfort for her. I reached out as we were struggling to find the specific type she will accept, and Jude showed such genuine kindness, understanding, and compassion throughout.
Nothing felt too much trouble, and the support we received has honestly meant so much to us as a family. Customer service like this is rare, and I’m incredibly grateful.
