Used a GroEgg for 3 weeks and it broke

Used a GroEgg for 3 weeks and it broke. Best they could offer was 20% discount on the website. Customer service was appalling considering i’ve never had a problem with tommee tippee since becoming a mother 3 years ago.
Would NOT recommend anymore.

*did get in contact again and they were just as useless

We are sorry to hear that speaking with us again left you feeling unsatisfied again. We assure you this is not the experience we expect our consumers to have. 

When discussing a product and a warranty claim, we do need to consider the age of the product and where this was purchased from and this can limit us on what can be offered. We do offer discount codes in cases where the product is outside of the warranty period we would have offered and so this can be used to purchase a replacement, at a lower cost. 

Purchasing from us directly benefits our consumers as all electrical good have the 2 year warranty applied. 

We are sorry we have not been able to meet your expectations on this occassion and we hope this has not deterred you from continuing to use our products.

Easy ordering, quick delivery, great product. No complaints!

Ordered spare parts for my electric breast pump I bought 5 years ago and all the new parts fit great!

Quick replacement

Had one bottle with a defect on it. The team were quick to respond and send a replacement. Always used Tommee Tippee before , great products.

Efficient and effective resolution

I contacted TT as my PrepGo feed maker’s LED lid had stopped working. Jude was fantastic, and resolved my issue efficiently and effectively, issuing a replacement so I can continue to feed my little one on the go! Couldn’t have asked for a better service!

The machine is brilliant and very…

The machine is brilliant and very efficient. We had an issue with it overnight. I called customer service at 9am. Debbie from customer service helped me and explained everything in details and was very clear. The issue was with the machine itself and as it was not resolved, Debbie was very professional and very kindly offered a replacement machine. This is all done within an hour from me calling customer support. Thank you Debbie for a world class service and being very professional, clear and knowledgable about the product. Your knowledge was clear to me as you talked me a step by step guide. Highly recommend and great customer service (Debbie).

Please have more staff like Martin! his customer service is absolutely superb.

I ordered some breast milk storage bags from Boots, but when I collected my order, the box was in very poor condition. As this is a product that should arrive sterile, I was extremely disappointed that Boots considered it acceptable to send out in that state.

Although my complaint was directed at Boots, I also wanted to make Tommee Tippee aware, as I felt their brand had been let down.

Martin was incredibly sympathetic and apologetic about the condition in which I received the item. He advised me to continue my conversation with Boots, but also kindly arranged for two replacement boxes of breast milk storage bags to be sent directly from Tommee Tippee.

This issue was not Tommee Tippee’s fault, and they certainly did not have to send replacements, but they recognised that Boots had let their brand down and went above and beyond to help resolve the situation.

Martin was fantastic throughout, and his excellent customer service deserves recognition.

I received my order from Amazon and one…

I received my order from Amazon and one cup was missing a piece so I reached out to Tommee Tippee directly to see if I can get that part and they’re sending me a new order which is amazing because my baby is already attached to the other cup. Couldn’t ask for better service!

No replacement parts

We were gifted a Tommee Tippee UV Steriliser from a friend who had used it for their baby, in time for us having ours. Unfortunately the filter in the back has ripped and we reached out to customer service to purchase a repair (having seen on q&a on the website that this was possible) but was told that the information on the website was incorrect and that there is no replacement for the filter. We were advised that our only alternative was to purchase a new steriliser. It’s a shame that a perfectly working item is now unusable because we’re unable to purchase a spare filter.

We do apologise to hear that you have been left unsatisfied after speaking to our Parent-Care team. We understand how exciting it can be to try and test a new machine only to see a part is missing and reach out to find out this cannot be offered as a replacement.

The machines should come with two filters when purchased which are reusable and washable so normally we do advise the two should last the full length of someone using the machine. However, we understand how frustrating it can be if you only received one and that has become damaged so we shall be sure to take this on board and listen to the feedback regarding the lack of spare parts.

Personal and parts to fit you

Ordered some parts complimentary to the wearable breast pump, which meant I could order the size I needed, making the experience feel personal, and that I was looked after. They came well packaged and quicker than I expected.

Excellent customer service from Beth and Beverley. My cooling flask had a leaky lid and after getting in touch with customer services and speaking with Beth and Beverley, they were able to send me out a new cooling flask to resolve the issue free of charge. Amazing customer service!
