Mark the engineer was superb and did a fantastic job in quick order. Cost was a shock to the system, but the quality of Mark's work softened the blow a little.

The engineer that visited was very professional and quite competent in his job.

Fitter came within 1 hour of booking. He (Steve) has done a good job and we're very pleased with the repair. We would definitrly recommend Tom's Garage Doors.

Two appointments made, two no shows. No contact from Company with excuses or apologies. Loking at other current One Star reviews this Company makes appointments knowing full well their phantom engineers wont turn up. Time wasters.

Telephoned got booked in for the next day couldn’t believe my luck even received a text to say the engineer would call an hour before to let us know he was coming .
The next day got to 4pm it was a Friday I was suspicious of them not coming lol .I telephoned and behold the lady hadn’t got our booking no apologies said we didn’t speak to her . I basically could not give my energy and hung up . What a pile of rubbish.

The man was here less than a hour replaced to cables retention the door £288 had me over a barrel cables £10/£20 his rate they make £200 clear profit

Very quick response and great service, friendly efficient staff.

Excellent same day service. Phone call in the morning, appointment booked immediately and confirmed by text. Job done by tea time perfect and thank you very much.

Very good prompt service! Thank you very much

Very pleasant engineer. Got my garage door working again . Very good correspondence.

Every thing was done very professionally. Door works fine now. Person carrying out repairs was very nice. The only negative I I have is that I realised that the price quoted was a little expensive. Other people were quoting over £100 less. I only realised this after the job was done through friends. So next time I’ll have to look around.
