Great customer service
Unfortunately the courier managed to lose my order, however the customer service staff at Tony Kealys were extremely helpful and resolved the issue as quickly as they could.

Item not in stock
Shown as in stock and 3-5 delivery. After 3 days with no dispatch notice I called to be told it was not in stock. Refund issued straight away though.

I Wouldn’t recommend Tony Kealys at…
I Wouldn’t recommend Tony Kealys at all. I purchased a travel system in January. I went to the shop knowing that system I wanted having done a fair bit of research. The lady who assisted us completely overlooked what I wanted and talked up another brand to be amazing and far better than the one I had picked. We went with her suggestion in the end feeling a bit rushed. Looking back she completely over exaggerated the features and made me feel like I didn’t know what I was looking for when I had done my research. When I went to try buy accessories for the system we bought I discovered there is only 1 stockist in Ireland other than Tony Kealys. I am sure the woman pushed this system so much because of this reason. The experience has turned me off shopping here ever again and I will order online from other stocklists of the brand in the future.
