I love purchasing from Tony Kealys. We have bought our pram from here and would highly recommend this store. The quality of the products is fantastic and there’s so much choice of products. But the best thing about this store has to be the staff. They always go above and beyond for their customers. They are delightful to deal with, so friendly and they have great knowledge on all the products.

Now Out Of Stock! - We ordered a baby stand which showed as in stock, with no due date message. 7 days later informed that it is out of stock, for unto 4 weeks! Still showing as in stock, and the price has been raised by £40. Very deceptive! Beware!

Purchased a car seat online, wasn't aware it wasn't in stock, they sent an email saying it would be dispatched mid-Sept but haven't heard anything. Tried to contact them and no reply, only contact has been the email to ask for a review!

I ordered a gift voucher and was very disappointed that it took 10 days to arrive this is far to long if you would use Royal Mail I would have got it in 2 our 3 days won’t be ordering again

Fast and efficient delivery of goods I ordered. I was even phoned to say my towels I bought would be inside the box rather than be separately packaged. Very friendly and pleasant. I would definitely order from this store again.

I ordered a bedside crib, firstly i was told of the wrong delivery time frame when i enquired as was getting close to due date and wanted everything sorted, when my bedside crib finally arrived, we opened it to find snags in the mesh and mattress and SICK stains on the fabric, the item had clearly been used and returned, when i raised the issue, although they apologised, the service I received was horrendous! They kept denying it had been a returned product even after me sending photos as proof of how the product. I was told i could be sent a replacement which would take a further 10 working days, to which i declined and get a refund, i had to settle for a different bedside crib which was not my first choice! I spent a long time researching them and deciding on the one we wanted for our baby. It was very frustrating and i just felt like this company did not care about the stress and inconvenience it caused!

Purely because I paid for an item, and then find out it’s out of stock it needs to be preordered which took two weeks and then get an email saying there’s Delays, just next time don’t put the item is available if it’s not it’s misleading,
