What a fabulous company
What a fabulous company. I have not been into the store, but have spoken to them on the phone a few times and via email and they have been fantastic. Part of our order wasn't compatible properly with our pushchair and they were amazing. Refund was swift and they handled it all very professionally and politely.
This was our second large ish order from them and we most certainly will be buying here again. Thank you.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I wanted to buy a new Joie Spin car seat, I tried ringing another well known retailer in the same park , no answer. Phoned Tony Kealys in Cork, answered straight away, reserved my item, booked a slot in to get the car seat fitted ,they removed my old one as well for me, the staff were so friendly , efficient and knowledgeable they were so great to deal with . Thank you .

Replacement mattress
I ordered a replacement mattress for a pram I had bought second hand. I honestly couldn't find the mattress in stock anywhere online until I came across this shop. The delivery was prompt and I was really pleased with the service. I'll definitely keep this shop in mind for future purchases.
