The product is good, the price is as good. Delivery was poor. It is acknowledged that pandemic problems have caused issues but no warning was given and updates had to be requested rather than offerred

We are delighted to hear you are happy with your purchase.
I have checked and your order was a pre-order (not in stock at time of ordering) for delivery late August.
I can see that your order dispatched on 27th Aug when stock arrived and a shipping email was forwarded on to you same day containing your tracking information to enable you to keep track of your delivery. The goods then delivered to you 30th Aug. We would only contact a customer if there was a delay with delivery, but as your order was on schedule this was not necessary.

Received my order and delighted with the service received overall. I have read some other reviews complaining about wait times on items being dispatched. Although it was not dispatched right away, I have patience and saw that it can take 5 to 10 days. I would order from this company again.

Ordered a stroller a week and a half ago, said was due in early this week. I've chased again and no reply.
If it had said delivery would take this long, i would have ordered elsewhere.

Website had shown pram for sale and available but when I chased this up after days of waiting on a delivery update I was told the pram was discontinued and I had to wait 5 days for a refund. When I expressed my disappointment isn’t email was ignored.

Placed an order over a week ago, it still has not been dispatched . Communication is very slow (takes a long time to get an answer or you get none whatsoever ). I can understand that delivery problems can be an issue at the moment, but better communication would be very much appreciated.

Slow and weird customer service
I order a similar baby product from another website the same day and got delivery within a week. It takes so so long for this team to respond to my order. More than 7 working days and I am still waiting for the email about the dispatch.
