was sent the incorrect item
I was sent the incorrect item to start and then had to take pkg to be shipped back and pay a fee to print label. The company policy is to wait until they receive return before sending a replacement even though it was their fault to begin with. Customer service was able to resolve issue but still took at least a wk longer.

Antwoord van Tooldom
Thank you for the feedback. We're so disappointed that your shopping experience with us did not go smoothly. We've looked into this matter to see exactly what happened on our end and discovered a stock issue that has been corrected. We're also sorry to hear that you had trouble with the return process. Our policy is to provide a prepaid return shipping label that does not have any associated printing fees and we can also schedule a carrier to pick the item up if requested. We are pleased you received your correct item so quickly and we appreciate your allowing us the opportunity to correct our error. Thank you. Tooldom.com

Seller was good
Seller was good. Product is nice for my needs. A little pricey compared to a reputable tool company like Mac, or Matco tools but will work good. Fast shipping too.
