Great service and great tool
The shop light was delivered in quick fashion and well packed.
Upon arrival the light was discovered to have an issue. I sent an email requesting a replacement. I received a reply within 45 minutes including a prepaid shipping label for the return.
Replacement arrived quickly and is fault free.

The Tooldom team was wonderful they help me in every way possible! Even when it was not their problem.
I think in the future they should choose a different shipper. FedEx didn’t care that they put my package at the wrong address. As many times I ask where my package was left FedEx never attempted to help find it! They acted like it wasn’t their problem.
But tooldom at least tried to help find it. With no success and refunded my money. When it was really not their problem. It was FedEx that should have refunded me.
