I needed to order some spare parts for a previous product that I had purchased from Toolstoredirect. Even though the spare parts were not shown on their website, I emailed and asked and they very kindly offered to obtain and ship the spare parts.

Ordered a Bunker Tool chest and not only was it the most competitive price I could find but the customer service was second to none. After payment was confirmed Draper called me directly to ask when was the best time to deliver. It was delivered perfectly and from the first phone call to the point of delivery everything was spot on and I couldn’t recommend the Tool Store more highly.
Whether you are lucky enough to be able to visit the store in person or order online they really are a great company to deal with. Amar, thank you.

Be careful with this company.
I ordered an item, they said I didn't put a number for my house of the address but delivered it anyway to another address.
I still haven't had a refund due to them saying 'Its out of their control'. Laughable.
I am having to contact the bank to get my money returned.

This is a great product, similar to one that was given to me previously but turned out to be about double the size and weight, which I hadn't anticipated; however, this was due to the additional tools included and the Teng tools are of brilliant quality so I'm very happy with the product. Easy to find and pay for on the website and delivery was prompt, within the timescale indicated on the website so no complaints and I would definitely use Tooolstoredirect again. Thank you

I recieved my OX sawhorses with a manufacturing fault , contacted Toolstoredirect, with photos and an explanation of fault. Dealt with very promptly and recieved replacement next day . All good and working well a very good and efficient company

On 26th May I purchased a digital tyre pressure gauge from Toolstore Direct and it arrived an few days later on the 30th, however, I found that the batteries supplied in the gauge were flat and when I inserted new ones the gauge worked but it was showing 4.9 Psi without being connected to a tyre.
I contacted Toolstore Direct by email and informed them of my issue and I have to say that the customer service that I received was second to none!! The response to my emails was immediate and they issued me with a new gauge at no cost to myself; no issues whatsoever. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Well done and thank you to the Toolstation Direct team.
