My partner booked his mixed Gynecomastia treatment (glandular tissue removal and liposuction of the chest) with Top Medics Poland and I cannot begin to tell you how happy he is with the result.
From start to finish everything ran so smoothly especially with the amazing help from patient coordinator Natasza who organised everything so well from helping with hotel suggestions to arranging his appointments for blood tests and ultrasound scan along with all the final details for his operation and checking in on him throughout his stay in Poland. His surgeon was Dr Lukasz Czyzykowski and I cannot thank him enough for the care he received and the follow up appointments before he flew home. He is a very talented guy and if you are thinking of booking we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend himself and Top Medics Poland, especially for the outstanding professionalism, quality and care.

Amazing professional service. From the beginning and right through to surgery plus the after care service was very helpful.

I had a surgery that needed to be arranged and done, and the medics and the lady from reception, Natasza were always of great help and kindness. Since I do not speak Polish, Natasza acted as an intermediary between both parties and was always accurate, helpful, caring, and attentive. The service, consultations, smoothness of the preps, and the procedure itself were handled appropriately and easily thanks to all of them.

In short, high-quality service.

This is what it says on the tin. Top Medics. Top class medical doctors, complex service extremely professional and well organised. Dr Rafal Mulek and Dr Michał Krefft along with the team have performed gastric sleeve surgery. Prior to surgery I had the biggest MOT done on me ensuring that all aspects of my healrh physically and mentally are in order for surgery.

I am now week out of surgery and recovering very well .
I have follow up appointments booked already . Highly Recommended

I didn’t want to write this response, but if I can stop one person from using this company and going through what I have been through, it will hopefully save them their mental health and purse strings.
To be clear, there is no email from me saying results are perfect - the sheer gall. The surgeon knew he’d made a mistake from day one - hence the “patient man”. Unfortunately, his English is poor and he didn’t understand my needs and ultimately the surgery was not his area. He is known to be extremely gifted in certain areas, just not this one. He had no business lending his hand to this surgery. I suspect I was his first given the mistakes he has made. Yes he offered to do a revision, but it was obvious he lacked the skills and experience to do this surgery, so returning didn’t seemed like a viable option. Also topmedics made it clear they would not help with transfers or hospital appointments if I returned for revision. I would include screen shots of these emails but I believe my google review was removed because of this - data protection breach perhaps?
The unprofessionalism shown on top-medics behalf has been eye-watering. The hardest to take on board is their absolute refusal to admit how poor the surgery is. It’s obvious in photos that the whole thing is lacking, but their refusal to admit this or even apologise has been plain nasty (the first apology is in the response to my negative review). Yes, she did respond to all “150 emails” but I suspect this was more a legal strategy- “ but look we replied to all her emails” . The responses were always cold and detached whilst simultaneously blaming me for the outcome - a common (and disgusting) approach used in cosmetic and plastic surgery when things go wrong. This is my unbiased account. It’s done on my personal account, so revealing my identity-something I absolutely did not want to do, but it’s really the only way to help others see what they will be dealing with if things go wrong. Remember to consider who has what to gain when reading these reviews and responses.

Travelled from England to Poland for surgery, Natasza and top medics gave me step by step instructions and all the details of the best hotels to stay for an easy stay. surgery room was very clean and the staff very helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone

Bardzo dobra opieka medyczna wszystko na plus. Pan doktor bardzo mily i cierpliwy wszystko pięknie czysto wytłumaczył.

W pazdzierniku skontaktowalam sie z Pania Natasza w celu ustalenia terminu operacji bariatrycznej, a juz miesiac pozniej lezalam w szpitalu we Wroclawiu. Z Pania Natasza mialam staly kontakt od poczatku do konca. W tym momencie jestem prawie 3 tygodnie po operacji, a nadal mam pelne wsparcie i w razie problemow wiem, ze w kazdej chwili moge sie z nia skontaktowac i udzielona zostanie mi pomoc.

W placowce prowadzila mnie Pani Patrycja, ktora rowniez wykazala sie pelnym profesjonalizmem. Moglam na nia liczyc na kazdym etapie pobytu w szpitalu.

Lekarze jak i personel medyczny dolozyli wszelkich staran, zeby wszystko sie udalo i zebym czula sie jak najbardziej komfortowo podczas mojego pobytu w szpitalu jak i samej operacji.

Wszystko szybko, sprawnie i profesjonalnie. Top-Medics Poland pomoglo mi zmienic moje zycie na lepsze. Goraco polecam kazdemu uslugi tej firmy.

Fantastic experience. Wonderful customer care, everything was taken care of and arranged for when I arrived and have remained in close contact before, during and after the procedure. Cant recommend highly enough

I travelled here in August 2020 from Ireland to get my varicose veins removed as the prices are much more affordable then ireland! But i can not thank this clinic enough! They took such amazing care of me made everything so easy and straightforward, my surgeon marek batijewski must of been so skilled because lots of people have said varicose veins removal is quite painful but i never had any pain what so ever he was also very calming and friendly! Natasza who organised everything was fantastic and my clinic driver Daniel i couldn't of got better help he was brilliant! I am now nearly 2 years post surgery and could not be happier! I will definitely choose this clinic if i ever wanted to go aboard for any kind of surgery again! Plus where i stayed had beautiful surroundings with great restaurants and shops so was like a mini holiday!

I had a vaser-lipo abdomen and flanks done last year in Warsow. The clinic is very proffesional. I felt very looked after before, during and after the surgery. I still can't belive how amazing my body look like now. It's deffinetly worth the pain you suffer right after the surgery.
