I sent documents from France to Russia,
Saint Petersburg. It took TOPPARCEL 19 days to deliver it, which was a bit longer than it was expected but I don't think " days of delay is a problem. The most important that the parcel has been delivered. I think Topparcel service is well-organised, serious and reliable. All the explications on their site are easy to understand , all the procedure of enregistrating a parcel, preparing it and tracing is easy to do. The questions that i had were answered quickly by the people working on Topparcel assistance chat. I am grateful for Topparcel team for the great work that they have done. I can really recommend to use their service.

Я — клиент из Польши. В октябре 2025 года я оплатила за услугу пересылки посылки через Top Parcel Ltd
С самого начала возникли проблемы:
- Постоянные задержки без объяснений,
- Ошибки в лейблах и адресах,
- Полное игнорирование запросов.
Но самое неприятное — это операторы. Их общение с клиентами грубое, высокомерное и совершенно непрофессионально. Они не пыталась решить проблему — только отмахивались и обвиняли клиента.
Позже я узнала, что это не единичный случай — другие клиенты тоже жалуются на их непрофессиональное поведение и отсутствие помощи.
В итоге я отменила заказ и потребовала возврат. Деньги обещали вернуть за 3–5 дней, но доверия к компании уже нет.
Не рекомендую! Эта компания использует узнаваемое название, но предоставляет некачественный сервис и не уважает клиентов.
Если вы цените своё время, деньги и нервы — выбирайте другого перевозчика.

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. All questions a worker took very personal and was answering the same way. Pick up time was 8:00-18:00. The package was picked up after 18:00. A guy, who came to pick up the package didn’t want to go inside my building. He wanted me to bring it down to him. I can’t leave my small children alone in apartment and I can’t carry this package by myself, that’s why I ordered pick up. Ten minutes later he came inside and took it. Few days later I’ve got a massage that my package weighs more than I wrote and I need to pay more, or the package will be not shipped. I paid. When the package arrived to the recipient, it was weighed again and the weight was exactly as a wrote in package information. So The second time I paid for nothing.
This experience could be much better, but customer service just doesn’t need it. Just regret I didn’t choose another company and waisted my time and my money.

Parcel was lost in July
Parcel was lost in July. It's now late October and I still haven't received a refund, even though the package was officially declared "lost" and double-checked.

Отправляла в первый раз. Посылку забирает из дома немецкая почтовая служба и отправляет в Лейпциг. Я отправляла документы. Доставили за две недели из Германии на Урал. Все время можно было отслеживать местонахождение посылки. Очень довольна.

Completamente deluso dal lavoro di questa azienda, dopo la registrazione, il PAGAMENTO e la spedizione del pacco il 19 agosto, mi è stato addebitato un supplemento di 1,47€, non è chiaro su quale base, se non è possibile registrare il pacco senza pagamento! Di conseguenza, oggi è il 1° settembre, e mentre mi aspettavo che il pacco arrivasse già in Russia, ho scoperto questo debito a causa del quale il mio pacco non si è mosso dal suo posto! È rimasto semplicemente nel loro magazzino per 2 settimane e l'azienda non ha ritenuto necessario informarmi al riguardo!

Very delayed delivery – not recommended for letters
I sent a letter on August 1st from Netherlands to Russia and as of August 24th it has still not been delivered – already 23 days in transit. Topparcel promised delivery within 14–16 business days, but this clearly was not met.
On top of that, the tracking number was issued as “UZ” (UzPost), even though the shipment was sent from the Netherlands. This was confusing and made tracking unnecessarily complicated.
I would not recommend using Topparcel for letters. If you need reliability, send directly via PostNL EMS or Priority.

В РФ посылка попала быстро, но потом крутилась 3 недели где-то по сортировочным центрам почты России. Не понимаю за что я отдал деньги, если честно - если бы я послал всё обычной почтой, дошло бы за это же время.
Если бы по РФ посылка шла любым другим перевозчиком, было бы гораздо лучше

Expensive
Expensive. The parcel is damaged. Used 4 times, in 3 cases (75%) there were problems and the need to pay extra. They randomly add 3-5 cm to the dimensions of the parcel to take more money from you. The video requested after the third additional payment shows that the measurements are incorrect, but the customer service stands their ground. You can use it if there is no choice at all, but be prepared to pay 50% on top of the price calculated on the website.

In case things go wrong on topparcel’s behalf don’t expect any consideration but a repeated payment request
Ordered a delivery of a number of packages with Topparcel. All of them were delivered smoothly except for one which was in the unknown place for 5 months.
I kept checking topparcel’s tracker online and it showed that the parcel was in a third country sorting hub all this time.
After 5 months I suddenly receive an email from topparcel’s support asking whether I want to pay again for the delivery of the parcel and wait until it goes back to the sender first as it has been unclaimed and is about to be returned to the sender or utilised. I was surprised to learn that my parcel has been in the country all this time and there was no update on the topparcel’s tracker.
A support team member called Anna told me that my package has been in the country of destination all this time at the customs service waiting for my review. I was surprised to hear that because the contents of the package was similar to the contents of the previous packages. Also all of my delivered packages have been opened and repacked in a different box so I no longer could track what was in each package. Anyways I haven’t received any notification neither from the customs services nor from the topparcel’s tracker.
I spent all day explaining the situation from my side and asking for help from the support team but it was all in vain. Topparcel’s support team member Anna was just ignoring my requests and kept sending me the same message about paying for another delivery. I felt gaslighted and blatantly ignored as a client with topparcel.
I didn’t receive any apology for this situation where I had to wait for 5 months to get any update and was just informed that if I don’t want for my parcel to be utilised I have to pay again and wait for it to go back and forth.
Topparcel didn’t accept any responsibility with updating the status of the delivery on their website. So don’t rely on topparcel’s tracker for updates. And support member Anna’s responses were unprofessional and gaslighting, which downgrades my experience with Topparcel and just spoilt my day with such rudeness. To be attacked by a support team member in a confused situation feels like no service at all.
I haven’t heard from anyone in Topparcel regarding to this issue apart from Anna. And from what I hear Topparcel doesn’t offer any apologies neither for the tracker misinformation nor for unprofessional mishandling of the issue with their ‘support’.
My request to offer apologies by offering some discount was just ignored and in reply I received that ’without payment we can’t resend you your package’. I have never experienced a worse support service in my life.
Overall, if things don’t go south with your delivery, you’re likely to receive your package. If something occurs, don’t expect understanding from support team, apologies on the company’s behalf or any other solution rather than paying twice for their mishandling their online tracker.

Great delivery service
Great delivery service.
Pros:
-the delivery was speedy, considering the circumstances - it took exactly a month from me sending the parcel to my friend recieving it, and the parcel spent 10 days just laying in Russian customs terminal.
-support was fast and responsive, and they answered all my questions (decided to check if it was possible to get support after reading other reviews)
-pricing might seem too high, but it's competitive, provided the parcel traveled the world more than I ever did, and before using the service, PostNord took my parcel on a two-week ride around the city before returning it to me without any explanation to why the customs denied sending it abroad (there were zero prohibited items). I've paid even more for that.
-pick up was on the next day after I had completed my order on Topparcel's website
Cons (but they're not really cons, more like something to note):
-courier that was picking up the parcel called just a minute before he arrived, asking if I was ready with the parcel. Provided it was an external service (FedEx), it is not within Topparcel's control.
-tracking on their website lags behind a couple days, so use another site to track it if you need more actual information. Not a big deal in all honesty.
