had a nice weekend break in mevagissey cornwall weather not to good but room was warm and cosy staff were excellent and very polite room could have been a bit bigger more so the toilet but can't complain as we had a nice break and a nice change from the grind of work

A lovely place to stay, very comfortable and relaxed, very nice host, ended with a brilliant breakfast.

EXCELLENT SIGHT. EASY TO FIND JUST WHAT YOU WANT AT THE PRICE YOU WANT.

Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom not spacious as stated, the telly wasn't and couldn't be tuned in. Only sold Indian food. Staff were polite and courteous.

My husband and I spent a wonderful birthday weekend here, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable with stunning views, very idylic, the hosts were wonderful , breakfast amazing, a short walk into Lynmouth, steep but manageable, fantastic choice of pubs for superb food, we cant wait to go back.

Not 5 star, but good value for money.

I booked into the Fleece Hotel in Haworth through "Toprooms". As it was a special occasion I wanted the best room and so booked and paid £105.00 for the King suite with ensuite facilities. I now find on the Fleeces web site, I could have booked the same room for the same night for £75.00.

Some deal that - won't be using Top Rooms again.

Sneaked up for a relaxing no hassle night away from the kids, bills and work. Had one night stay in a better than expected posh room with a four poster bed and roll top bath. Had evening meal in the tennants next door and breakfast in the morning. Really really enjoyed it just what we needed, we even caught a trout for tea just down the road at kilnsey trout farm, even the mrs with nails painted and dress on enjoyed it but she wouldnt kill it. Up step man. Got some serious husband points for this little trip, well worth the money. Tennants is perfect.

The booking was handled quickly and efficiently but surprised our information and payment did not reach the property until 30 days from arrival, which is of concern when we booked from outside UK.

Stayed here for our daughter to visit uni which was just 5 mins walk away and next to York minster, so left the car at Burton Villa. Lovely spacious room and en-suite with complimentary toiletries. Great breakfast and great value. Will gladly stay here again.

I had 3 days of rest and relaxation in March
It was very cold outside but lovely and warm inside
I was trying to get my weight down but put on 4lbs in 3 days with the full English breakfast !
The room small but excellently equipped and spotless clean,
With easy walking distance to the harbour & town center
I can and have told others of the excellent service and friendly welcome that the Chiltern offers
I can recommend it to anyone wanting a short break or a longer stay

Booked a room for one night to coincide with a wedding we are attending in July, 2013. Found "Toprooms" via a search engine and made a booking immediately. The selection of accomodation and prices gave us a good choice which we then completed without problem.

Potential clients would need to be reasonably fit to negotiate steep stairs to upper sections of the hotel. Breakfast was cooked well but could have been a bit more substantial. Also because of a lack of parking and having to park and ride it would be useful to let guests know before they arrive

The guest house is clean and well appointed. The owners are very good and always helpful we needed a place to eat and they gave us several good ideas. Breakfast could keep you going all day very well cooked.

Had a great time views of the Farne Islands Lovely Breakfasts and our host with her great local knowledge

This is the friendliest B&B I have ever stayed at in England. The rooms are superb and the full English breakfast is unbelievably good (and lots of it, with a bottomless cup of coffee). Whenever I visit relatives in Bracknell, I will be reserving at Park Farm. Carolyne and Drew are excellent hosts and make all feel very welcome.
