Easy all-in-one booking. I was feeling overwhelmed with having to book with the separate websites and coordinating dates. Torres Hike made it easy to pick out the days that worked for me, and have it been a seamless process. The only issue that I came across is that since it is a 3rd party, there is a chance that when you book, someone else could be booking at the same time on another website (there was only one spot left at a campground, and it ended up being filled while I was booking.) But the folks at Torres Hike helped me coordinate another campground and shift my days around. Thanks!

Everything went perfect. Highly recommended if you want to save the trouble of booking every campsite on your own and if you don’t want to spend to much time on researching the perfect route. Would do again!

I had trouble finding available dates for the O trek. Tomas Kohout helped me find an available trek at an even cheaper price, helped me cancel the original one, and gave me a refund on the difference.

I looked at numerous other websites and all of them only offered luxury hiking experiences in the Torres del Paine. This is the only website that I found where I was able to book the trip I wanted and that combined all three websites for the booking into one.

I was on the verge of hiring a tour company just to manage reservations because it is so confusing to DIY a backpacking trip in Patagonia! Luckily I found Torreshike and for a nominal fee I have my whole trip planned. Highly recommend this site!

The payment system was out a day (maybe a couple) but once it was fixed, the payment and booking was real easy and fast.

The website made the reservation process for booking campsites in Torres del Paine so easy and seamless. I'm so happy my trip is now booked!

I booked reservations in July 2020. Although booking our reservations was easy, I had to cancel due to the pandemic. A refund request was sent on Nov. 4, 2020 for a trip scheduled for Dec. 26-29, 2020. I received the refund for the Vertice reservations relatively quickly (Dec. 2020). I reached out to Torres Hike twice more and they still say they have not received the refund from FantasticoSur. In March, I sent an email to FantasticSur (copying Torres Hike) asking about my refund again. It is now mid-April and I have not received a refund for the FantasticoSur reservations. I have received no response at all from FantasticoSur and also did not receive a response to from Torres Hike on my last email.

I booked with Torres Hike in July. The user experience on the site offers so much peace of mind. They saved me hours of research of looking at maps, shuttles, ferries, and planning out routes. And then they make it super easy to actually book with the two entities that run the campgrounds.

I ended up having to cancel the trip due to Covid, and it took 3 months for Fantastico Sure and Vertice Patagonia to actually process the cancellations and refunds. Torres Hike handled the initiation of the refund requests and kept me updated along the way up until it eventually was completed.

Although I didn't get to actually go on my trip, I couldn't be happier with the service I received, and will definitely use them again once the whole pandemic thing blows over.

I reached out to Torres Hike customer service with a few questions about the feasibility of hiking the O Circuit in Torres del Paine during an upcoming trip to Chile. Tomas from Torres Hike responded within hours with really helpful information about restrictions on hiking the O Circuit due to seasonality and was able to provide useful information about alternative options for trekking in Patagonia. Great customer service experience, and I really like how Torres Hike takes the kind of confusing process of booking campgrounds in Torres del Paine and makes it simple as a “one-stop” destination to make reservations. Will definitely be booking through your site whenever I’m able to trek in Torres del Paine.
