Joe Made me and my Friends life on the O circuit so easy, although we were turned back at los peros due to the Pass being closed for the season due to weather he helped us at every point along the way making our life much less strenuous, with the hassle of having to book the "O" or the "W" yourself, Joe makes it easy at a great price point
Joe made the whole experience of the W-Trek stress free and easy! Joe answered all my questions and quires about the trek with specialist insight knowledge into how the national park operates and the trek. Joe ensured that he met all of my requirements for the trek and found the most cheapest options in doing the trek. I booked my W Trek through Torres Treks, and Joe made the entire process incredibly easy. He responded quickly, gave great personal advice, and arranged all my tickets, meals, and reservations, unlike many others I met on the trail who were missing key logistics.
Even when an incident in the park caused some closures, Joe checked in and guided me through everything, which made me feel completely supported.
The trek (west to east) was unforgettable, and I’d absolutely recommend Torres Treks to anyone planning Patagonia. This is a huge investment for everyone, so it was very refreshing to see a tour company show so much care about planning your trip.

We’re currently on a 4 month stint travelling around South America, and were so excited to come to Torres del Paine to do the infamous W trek, but when it came to booking all the campsites, transfers and park entrance it was a total disaster!
After doing some research, I came across Torres Treks and got chatting to Joe about the trek and what he recommended we do, he put together the perfect package for us, taking the stress out of all of the bookings. He then very kindly sent over a detailed document outlining what to expect on each day of our 5 day trek. Check-ins at all the refugios were seamless and easy and made the trek even better knowing that after a tiring day, everything was sorted for us.
Throughout the booking process Joe was incredibly responsive and answered all of my silly questions (to which there were many!).
