I was so excited to order my T lock shoulder bag ($1,300+!!) through Gab Waller and her amazing team of stylists after finding the purse sold out everywhere. I started wearing it this fall and wasn’t even wearing it a full month when I noticed the leather was puckering. Having worked in the luxury fashion Ecommerce space for 14 years I thought don’t freak out just reach out to customer service surely they will have me ship the bag to them to be reviewed and repaired. I emailed customer service, provided the invoice I received from Gabs team and waited, when I heard back the first response was you’re not the original purchaser so we can’t help, I added Gab’s team to the email and got the original invoice from the store and attached it and copied the person who bought it on my behalf, crickets for a week and I just heard back this morning that actually it’s clear to them that the bag was just overstuffed (by me) so it’s not on them to repair it and my case was closed. This purse was over 1K and you can see from the photos it’s literally impossible to “overfill” the bag… it has a two fold closure so if you overstuffed it the bag simply wouldn’t close .. the quality is garbage, the leather shouldn’t come detached from the backing especially after limited use. I’ll never order a product from Toteme again and will urge my friends and family to not bother !!!

Last year I bought jeans from Toteme. I wore it maybe 10 times. Now it's broken. It's literally falling apart. I paid a decent amount of money and this is what I get in return? I do not have a receipt anymore, who saves it for a year tho? I tried contacting them but they say they cannot do anything. Even Zara has better quality.

Don’t trust them. Har ventet siden slutningen af august på at få mine penge retur, får alverdens dårlige undskyldninger på hvorfor pengene ikke er kommet retur. Min anbefaling, find et andet sted at handle. Håber stadig på at mine penge snart kommer, alternativt må jeg jo anmelde dem for bedrageri.
Betaler returgebyr for vare med fejl på
Har shoppet en strik, som er ankommet med tydelig fejl i garnet/strikken. Skrev til kundeservice at jeg gerne ville returnere den grundet fejlen og derfor ikke så det fair, at jeg skulle betale deres returgebyr på 220kr. Dette blev med det samme afvist og jeg står nu tilbage med en oplevelse af at shoppe et sted, hvor jeg som kunde betaler for deres fejl. Er skuffet over oplevelsen og mener ikke, at deres service lever op til brandet.

I have purchased 4 items from Totême, the popular wool scarf coat, a pay of leggings, slippers and bathing suit. Long story short: Sizes are super weird and the quality is mediocre.
The wool scarf coat is lovely to look at and wear, but the fringes get scruffy and the pocket has come loose after just a few months of wear. I've contactet 24S, where I purchased the coat, they are very helpful but they have been waiting a few weeks to get a reply from Totême... and still waiting, no reply yet.
The sizes of everything else are weird, I am a size small in all other brands (I am from Scandinavia, so I also mean size small in other scandinavian brands), but in Totême I need a size medium in leggins, the swim suit a size large. I have a really narrow foot, but the slippers are still way too narrow - I can tell you, these will not fit any foot.
I have given this brand my fair share of money and patience. Now no more.
The return is over three weeks in transit
The return is over three weeks "in-transit", since 6th of September. I wish I read the reviews before. I used to return the stuff a couple of times before and there were always some minor issues with long refunding process. But this time it is just unacceptable. The return is over three weeks in-transit, and I have to spend my time in checking and writing emails. No one even replies to me.
I have to say, I like the clothes from Toteme but I will try to avoid ordering directly from them.
Not in compliance w their refund policy
I can only concur with other reviewers, sadly. I shopped from Toteme and returned some of the items. That was three weeks ago and I have still not received a refund. Though they confirmed two weeks ago that they had received the return and stating their policy, incorrectly, of 14 business days to process a return while their t&c state 14 Days.
My expectation from what I thought was a decent Swedish brand and a luxury brand has by no means been fulfilled.
This not only means I will not shop from them again but likely also not enjoy wearing the products I kept.

If I could give a zero I would. This company has been hyped up only by influencers. Because the service is miserable at most. They cancel orders following their conditions and won't give you any details about it. And then to process a refund they do it partially or by pieces and YOU have to contact them to get your money back, otherwise they just keep your money. First time I ignore bad reviews and they were actually right.
Their stock on their website is also doubtful. Sometimes they have items in stock and they disappear the day after. First time I have an experience something like this with a semi luxury online brand. Will not be purchasing at all and won't be recommending the brand to anybody.

Please avoid this company. They have a strict 14 days return policy and if you are one day over or something goes wrong they are not helpful resolving any issue with their customer.
Poor shoes detail
The website didn’t show any details about shoe size. 39 looks like 41. So I have to refund, an awful experience for customer services. However, I have to pay £14 for the shipping fee. And it makes me doesn’t want to repurchase.

Ordered a hat but was very disappointed with the quality. The quality is not at all in proportion to the pricing. Made a return but did not get my money back nor heard from them. When I emailed them asking about my refund they did not answer, and since they do not have a phone number for customers support I called the store in stockholm, the lady answering the phone was helpful and promised me that she would send an e-mail to customers support to check the status (she did not want to give me a phone number to customer support). After that I finally received my refund (3 weeks after they had received my parcel). Not exactly the service you would expect from such an expensive brand. Will never buy anything from them again.
Horrible customer service
I bought a few items from their website and decided to return one of them. It’s been more than a month and I haven’t received a refund. When I first wrote them they said it was because of Budbee. However, Budbee informed me they already delivered the parcel. Toteme now stopped answering emails. Horrendous service.

I wish I had read this before purchasing something from Toteme. I have been waiting for days for a response for a ‘delayed’ delivery only to be told to contact the courier myself and they are very busy. No idea when or if I’ll receive my goods. No phone number to call, nothing.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE HAD
Really poor customer service and handling the order. I made an order from them and they sent completely different product. You will never hear from them for almost a week because they are “too busy”. And you will need to return the item by yourself and call the courier and arrange everything EVEN though you are not the one who made a mistake. Also you need to order the product once again while you are waiting for the refund which god know how long will it takes. This company has really bad way to handling orders and customer service.

Should read all these comment before buy from them . Big scam and disappointment. If the customers service like this , how could the brand care about their clients? Used to be one of my favourite brands. The last item I bought from them was flip flops which literally made cuts in my feet all three times I wore them. Customer service said "shoes that are unfomfortable in the beginning are not faulty shoes". Throwing away 250 "made in italy" shoes that I wore three times? Not my idea of "meticulous craftsmanship".

I’ve purchased many items items from Toteme over the years. In particular, I have several garments made from their ‘signature double wool’. Unfortunately, the last item I bought in this fabric did not match the rest, despite the description saying it was the same fabric. The fabric is less dense, less heavy and it looks and feels cheap.
I contacted customer service about the issue but they were rude and unhelpful. I replied asking why they do not practice quality control and they ignored me. They have lost a loyal customer.
