Awful viewing experience, terrible management of the so called ‘club’ and the owners ONLY care about profits, not football. Nothing short of a disgrace.
Daniel Levy is a bald fraud, liar and conman. Do not give these people your money. Don’t spend on tickets, merchandise or with their partners until they up and sell the club. Hit them in the only place they care about, their pockets.
Had problems ordering with a promo code and customer service was quick in sorting it out. My husband had similar good experience with customer service
Today I experienced the best view of the new stadium on the Dare Skywalk. Totally amazing, totally worth the money.
Would highly recommend to and Spurs fan.
Awful customer service.
Placed an order, receive ok but one item was too small.
Checked online and it said if you want a quicker refund, return to a Spurs shop which I did.
The Assistant Manager said he would return the item and to ring in a week to check the item had been returned.
I telephoned a week later and was told it had been returned.
One week later I telephoned three times and emailed Spurs Customer service and was told they had not received the item.
Finally through an email I was told it had not been sent back from the shop.
This is disgusting service from a company as big as Tottenham Hotspur.
I will not be ordering from them again.
Ordered some merchandise from the online store. Brilliant! All arrived within 2 days, I was kept updated of dispatch. Well packaged, all correct and no damage. Very impressed, got things in the sale for great prices. Two grandsons will be happy with their birthday present. Thank you Tottenham!

Poor customer service seeking to rely on T&Cs designed to get one over on customers

Avoid at all cost. Ordered a personalised photo at the cost of £30. No where were there any instructions on how to set out what you want or what order to put it. What I received was an absolute joke. Emails back and forth and surprise surprise not there fault did not want to know. Dreadful service. Wish I had read these reviews on here before I ordered.
I bought a pair of THFC joggers six months ago. the seam at the top of the inside of the right leg started to undo. Then I notice that an area of seam close to the hole start to come undone as well. I emailed the shop and they asked me to return them for inspection! I then received an email notifying me that a parcel was being dispatched to free of charge. Naturally I thought this to be a replacement pair. It was not. They just returned the holed pair with a note telling me that returns are only accepted during the first 30 days. I was returning them as faulty and I dont believe they inspected them at all, there was no mention of it in their note. Waste of time all round. Why did they not just explain this in the first place, instead of getting my hopes up. So I will not be going back to the online shop, not because of the faulty product, but because of the faulty service
Have made a couple orders and have had no problems. All products I ordered were in condition and came on time. Reiable service and good quality products/items. Would recommend, especially tottenham fans. COYS!
Awful Company, currently applying to a small claims court. They have taken money from my account and sent me items without me ordering or giving permission then said it can be returned.
DO NOT GIVE TOTTENHAM HOTSPURS YOUR BANK DETAILS
Poor Experience, visited there online shop placed an order / 6 days later still no sign of delivery viewed tracking its not even been picked in warehouse? Cancelled I’ll buy elsewhere never again will I buy from this online shop, similarly bought exact two same products from Chelsea and was delivered within 48hrs

Awful service. Now been waiting for one shirt for over 2 months. I emailed the customer service about 3 weeks ago, they said it hadn't been long enough to look into it (they said it had to be 25 days, which it had been, despite the 7-10 day quote when I ordered). Now they've completely ignored emails, and also remove any sort of negative reviews off of their site almost instantly.
I placed an order a couple of days ago online for several items.
I never received an email confirmation or anything but the amount/price of the order was sitting in my pending transactions on my online banking.
Yesterday the pending amount had totally disappeared from my online banking and no money was or had been taken from my account. I telephoned the shop and explained the above- they ran my details into the computer and I was told that the order didn’t exist, that there was no order placed. They advised me to order again.
So I went back online and placed the order- and I got a confirmation email straight away.
This morning I was on my online banking and I noticed x2 payments to Spurs shop- x1 (that had now gone through, original order) and x1 pending (yesterday’s order).
I immediately telephoned Spurs shop to explain the above- I told them I wanted to cancel the order (the duplicate one). I was told that it could not be cancelled- (even though it states that you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been despatched)
The confirmation email says that I will get an email when the order is dispatched.
It’s definitely 100% not been dispatched- the lady on the phone said that it hadn’t either. She said I couldn’t cancel my order because it is at its final stage in the warehouse- so deffo 100% not been dispatched.
I’ve been told to receive the order and return the products to them, they will them looked into a refund!!!
Why can’t they cancel- if it’s not been dispatched?
So disappointed 😢. That’s money for x2 orders out of my account now- my direct debits are going to get missed for sure.
Can anyone help?
Shop here an awful lot as my son and husband are both massive fans, had only one bad experience but on the whole items are good, delivery does take a while so always make sure i order in plenty of time
