Toy Exchange Reviews

Very easy process, and a great way of getting value out of unused lego

Really easy to do and post. Money came through quuckly. Great service.

The process to sell the Lego I had was easy and the money was paid into my account.

Sold some of our old Lego sets and process was straightforward. Although pricing surprised me as you were paid less for dismantled sets yet you were expected to post them carefully - much easier and compact when dismantled- didn’t make sense to me seemed unfair.

Really efficient & very prompt payment

Estimate deducted by £54.00!!!!

All sets are selected built but sent unbuilt:

I'm not sure how you are supposed to send built sets ? - i would have thought it was better to send a sets unbuilt and bagged up as when new ? - i may have just selected the wrong option?

Set 75290 – sw1130 cracked torso:
???

Sw1125 missing:
I have this figure - just forgot to include in the bag.

Sw1131 missing piece 20482:
not sure which part you are referring to ?

Set 40776 is ok.

Really easy and relatively quick considering the quantity of Lego we packed up. Payment was exactly as quoted. Would highly recommend.

There was zero communication until a payment was made almost a week after contents were sent, even though a separate email was sent with a query. There was no increase in the payment due to large , and expensive elements in the "mixed brick" lego parcel sent.

Great service. Works really well, and easy to use., and prompt payers. I thoroughly recommend

Great quick service, thank you

Easy to send parcel. Quick turnaround and payment into bank within 3 working days. Very happy.

It was my first time using and I have to admit I was a little wary, however, I didn't need to be. The whole process was simple, shipping was easy and payment was received quickly.

Great - efficient service

Absolutely easy process, completely reliable, efficient and quick. Would definitely use again. No issues or complaints whatsoever.

this is my 3rd trade of lego sets and will be looking to do more. good price offered in initial value and confirmed when verified.
I received 1st 2 payments promptly took slightly longer for the 3rd. but as explained on website site easter break and staffing had minor delay to payment. this was not enough to delete any stars and am still delighted with service and would recommend to friends

I have used this company a few times. However the prices have dropped in what they are willing to pay, and its taking longer and longer to get feedback on products traded. I now have one outstanding trade from over a month ago and still have not recieved any kind of communication, even though i have emailed twice a week and phoned several times. They dont answer their phone at all.

Great service- thank you

Fair offer, smooth process and quick payment . Highly recommended! 👍🏻

The Toy Exchange website was so easy to use. When selling Lego sets you can get an instant quote by inputting the set code and a few details eg is it a complete set or has it got instructions. We were quoted fair prices for our complete sets and accepted their valuation. It was then a simple process to download and print off the free postage label. Guidelines were given of how to pack the sets and we had the money in our bank within 4 days of them receiving our lego! Obviously you will not be offered as much as if selling Lego privately (they are a business after all) but the prices seem fair and the process is so simple and stress free. As an added bonus our teen has been spending screen free time making sure that the Lego sets are complete and searching for any missing pieces before asking for an instant quote! Any queries were answered within 24 hours. Great Service.

The concept and trading process itself are good and easy to use. However, the payment for the trade took longer than expected, which was frustrating. It was difficult to get timely help or clear communication regarding the delay, which made the situation more disappointing. If the payment process were quicker and customer support more responsive, this would be a much better service.
