All went well and price great but then…
All went well and price great but then after completion and trying to activate the portal it said 'something has gone wrong and call this number to continue', but I already got an email saying it was accepted. Really confusing. Otherwise very good.

Very good service at Toyota

Easy quote, but price changes if you refresh
Easy quote, easy payment - but the price of the quote did increase by £50 when I refreshed the page, which I was disappointed by - hence why I did not give 5 stars.

Today, I needed some help to buy my car insurance and to understand what I am purchasing.
I am grateful of the help I have received today. The person on the other side of the phone, was patient and understanding. They answered all my queries, took their time to help me understand any policy jargons, policy terms and agreements. They explained simply what I did not understand. This reassured me that I am buying an insurance which is suitable for me. Not everyone wants to use the internet to purchase an insurance, some people likee what's to talk to person. And that's what I did and I received an excellent customer service.

Difficulty paying for insurance online
I had great difficulty, actually taking out the insurance, my credit card was declined on a couple of occasions and I ended up having to speak to a customer services person on the phone.
I found the person difficult to understand as she was speaking too fast and running her words together. I had to keep asking her to repeat and I was not comfortable with this.
