I think ToyCentral are a brilliant…

I think ToyCentral are a brilliant company if you are looking for rare / foreign toys. Their communication was excellent and delivery was on time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Hard to find hot wheels toy

Easy to use

Easy to use. My parcel went missing and i wrote to them. They responded quickly and send me a replacement package to my home address.

I bought an Aurora Bear in Alaska last…

I bought an Aurora Bear in Alaska last year and wanted to buy the same for my little neighbour who had fallen in love with my bear (I couldn't give mine up!). Toys Central had the same bear and it was secured from the States. It has arrived in good time for Christmas

The delivery was a little delayed…

The delivery was a little delayed because it came directly from USA, but that really wasn't the problem.

The problem was the £122 I paid for a Tinkering Lab Robotic kit, which I think if was £20 would have been overpriced. In my opinion, absolute rubbish and a waste of money.

Advertise products they don’t have.

Was cautious as advertised a sold out product at discounted price. Emailed and they stated product was available. Seemed legit so ordered and had text confirmation but then no response. Emailed asking for update and got an immediate email back that order was now cancelled. Sent email to clarify and got automated out of stock response. Company are still advertising the same product at the same price. Will never use again and highly recommend others avoid and buy from a different company as I now need to wait for money to come back into my account or speak to my bank. I received the money back from the company however they are still advertising the product and customers should not receive only automated emails from listed staff members. Only relief is knowing my ordeal with this company can be over with soon.

Good for rare stuff

I was able to purchase a item I thought I would not be able to get from them,very quick in delivery I would recommend them.

ToysCentral was the only place online…

ToysCentral was the only place online that had a game expansion I was after. I placed my order and received an email that day that it was being sent out for delivery. When I checked the delivery status a few days later I realised that the game was being sent out from a store in the USA. So took just over a week to arrive, but swift for it’s journey and free delivery!

Disgusting

Disgusting!
I have been online shopping for 18 years now, and this has been the absolute worst of them all. The communication & logistics of this company are such jokes. They do not take customers' requests seriously and make false commitments. They will say anything to get the sale without being able to fulfil it. When I tried to contact them, they literally turned off their hotline. 24/7 my ass. Awful service, I have sent several emails without any responses. I don't believe that I will get my order on time as they promised, and it's been more than 2 weeks now.
