Entreprise très sérieuse, avec un excellent service après vente et un rapport qualité-prix imbattable ! Les textiles sont de grande qualité et la sérigraphie réalisée à la demande, sans minimum de pièces commandées. Je recommande !

The company has a small catalog of products, never the less all their products have an exceptional quality, they are fast and with reasonable prices. I gave a 4 star review cause they could try a bit more not with the quality of their prints but with the positioning of them. Sometimes the prints are slightly off centered, very difficult to see it without a trained eye but i cannot refuse that it hasnt happened. Other than that it is a great service, i do prefer doing business with them over the competition, also because of their shipping costs, and the delivery dates!

Tpop est une entreprise honnête. J'ai déjà pu mettre en ligne mes produits et les commander pour m'assurer de leurs qualités. Il peut parfois subvenir des erreurs d'impression mais Tpop s'engage à nous rembourser ou nous refaire le produit défectueux mais cette fois-ci en bon état. Le service client est très réactif. Les livraisons varient entre quelques jours et une semaine. A voir ce que donnera l'option d'intégration sur d'autres sites comme Etsy...!

At first we really liked the quality of the t-shirts that Tpop offers, organic cotton with a nice touch. On their site, you can print a design up to 30cm on the front of their t-shirts which is great as we were looking for large prints on t-shirts. So made an order to try and printed a 26cm design on a black L t-shirt. When we opened the envelope, the t-shirt was folded on the design so that it could fit into the envelope. However, it was so tightly packed that print had fold marks all down the side. We sent an email to their customer support who said they would make an effort to fold the t-shirt properly to avoid this issue. We printed another 2 t-shirts and guess what, no effort was made. All had the same issue. When contacting their customer support, they excuse was that they don't want to use plastic so they have no other choice. hmmm! How about a bigger envelope which fits the 30cm design they offer of their website or cardboard tube and roll the t-shirt. Obviously they're not able to think out the box and they so called "green' excuse of using no plastic is complete nonsense.

If you're looking for quality and good customer service, stay away. If you're looking to sell your large designs on t-shirts to customers, stay away. Your customers will be very disappointed.

I researched Print on Demand suppliers for MONTHS! Y'all FOR MONTHS! All of them were OK, but not what I was looking for. Either the products weren't that great, the reviews were concerning or just a plastic fantastic packaging experience. Then I found Tpop offering eco-friendly clothing, eco-friendly printing processes, eco-friendly packaging. I have a bunch of rather complex illustrations created in a specific style and the prints came out absolutely astonishing! The clothes are also really nice, and all of them have a very natural scent even after printing! My own clothing made with Tpop are actually my favourite pieces in my wardrobe. Especially the lining of the hoodies on the inside is super soft and nice on the skin! I also enjoy that Tpop are right around my corner - we are almost neighbors, which keeps business operations close to home as a small business! I highly recommend checking them out, the customer support is lovely, the platform is growing, my store runs on Shopify and I could integrate it easily on Tpop! Overall great business! Thank you so much!

Le service est au top et réactif, les produits sont d’une grande qualité et la gestion via l’interface est très simple.

J'ai récemment rencontré un petit problème avec les impressions que j'ai faites récemment. J'ai contacté TPOP et j'ai reçu une réponse le jour même, de Christopher, proposant une solution. J'ai toujours trouvé que TPOP était une entreprise fiable et je la recommande vivement.

C’est tellement un plaisir d’avoir une société réactive à la moindre question… Franchement, ça ne court plus les rues. Pour le POD, je ne travaille qu’avec TPOP cat j’ai besoin d’avoir 100% confiance et ils ont la mienne.

Un professionnalisme et une réactivité au top. À chaque question,j'ai une réponse dans l'heure qui suit. J'ai eu un problème d'impression, le SAV a réagi de suite, ils m'ont renvoyé la pochette,et elle est TOP. La qualité des produits que se soient du t-shirt made in France à la pochette en coton recyclé, est exceptionnelle.
