I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Jyoti. She was very calm, clear and patient. Together we identified some personal information which needed amending. Jyoti talked me through setting up access to the TPT portal and how to edit and update.
I am very grateful for her help and guidance.

I didn’t know how pensions work or if I still had one until I rang and spoke to Paula. She explained that I have got one and how much had been paid in by myself and my employer. Paula was so friendly and patient. She didn’t make me feel daft at all. She was really approachable.

Tom was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all the questions that he could. He offered me some useful websites to explore further information that might be useful for me.

A very kind gentlemen called Jim was amazingly patient with me as I’m not great online. I would rate him if there was 11/10 that what he deserves. Many Thanks Jim
