I have never had a bad delivery…
I have never had a bad delivery experience through amazon, not in all the many years I been with them, averaging at least one delivery a month. The tracking is faultless including a little map when the driver gets close. I only came to this site by accident. Amazon never invites customers to leave trustpilot feedback and so I assume it is only the dissatisfied ones who make it here. Shame, because Amazon is actually the best by far of the lot of them- in the UK anyhow. It should start asking its customers to leave feedback. I would have done happily and honestly. It is first class and its drivers deserve to know that they are appreciated- highly.
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking, not just the delivery team but also the incompetent Customer Services. The delivery team are allowed to ignore the delivery restrictions (set for a reason) then fail the delivery or worse don't even attempt to deliver but still say they did and you weren't there. Customer Services are not interested and blag you off with lies. Delivery Drivers Lie. Very few of Amazon Drivers uphold standards and respect for customers. I've seen this demise over the last 6 months or so, not sure what has changed. However its making me re-think how I shop.

They dump your parcel where ever they feel like it for anyone to help themselves to it. And there is no option to have it delivered to a locker. Feed up with my parcels going missing. Unreliable company they also just turn up when it suits them

Come on Amazon, I normally have great things to say anout you as my orders, enquiries and problems have usually been solved in good time, and only the odd bad driver makes it bad for all the other otherwise great couriers. But this makes NO sense at all, as I had an e mail from Amazon uk saying that their "courier was unable to locate the address on your order number 204-9428056-1404353 so please go to your addresses and make sure these are correct" SERIOUSLY Amazon, considering the parcel was delivered on time, on day and without a problem, and the address on my account has been the same for 9 years and apparently causes no other drivers a problem. So you take an automatic excuse from some slack driver who can't be bothered to go off a main road in rural Dorset, and put me to the trouble of checking the status of my address. So went to the automatic Customer Services, "chat" which was totally useless as it could not give me a space to put in correct answers to stupid questions that I tried to alter to fit the question, then said they would give me a refund for my missing parcel!! For gods sake get someone intelligent to design a chat site that actually is pertinent to a particular problem and if unable to understand the question, puts you through to an actual living human being. To be fair the times I have got to speak to a real person I have always had really good service but this time I gave up after 10 minutes of total nonsense.

Amazon deliveries for Ebay sellers. Do they recruit delivery drivers who deliberately mis-deliver orders? Twice in succession in the past week, the idiot chose to put my parcels in next doors open fronted storage area - WHY NOT DELIVER IT TO MY ADDRESS? Putting it in an almost inaccessible/invisible position is making life even more difficult for someone disabled like me. And despite all the NEGATIVE reviews, Amazon does nothing about it CUSTOMER SERVICE? HUH!!!

I ordered a heavy duty pool cover that was pictured, it was shown as black and heavy duty, the item that was sent was silver and very flimsey, I have tried to return it as the seller is at fault and should pay for the return, I have been told I have to pay for the postage if I want my refund. It's disgusting sellers like this should be banned from amazon, tried to resolve but amazon were less than useless !!!!!!!!!

The fans were shipped by a company called VS Ltf to be delivered by Royal mail the next day
5 days later ISTILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE FANS BUT BEEN TOLD I WILL HAVE TO WAIT A FURTHER 3 DAYS BEFORE DELIVERY.

Delivery drivers not ringing the doorbell or even bothering to knock has become standard for Amazon. However, marking the order as "Parcel was handed to resident" when it most definitely wasn't it's a new one. Or at least it's new for me.
And then, when you reach out to customer service, the chatbot tells you to check around your address premises, and check with your neighbours, and if you still cannot find your parcel, you'll have to wait 48h until they can do something for you. What? So, I'm a Prime customer (for which I pay £95 annually), chose Prime delivery, my parcel has not arrived - so you either did not deliver it or left it outside and it was stolen - and I still have to wait for 48h until you can "see what options are available" for me?
Are you alright, Amazon? Are you struggling with something? Do you need a hand with anything, like managing your resources correctly, maybe? A guide on how to provide the services your customers pay for? Or have you completely embodied the "idgaf" energy because you're convinced your little empire is never going to be challenged?

Lying and careless Amazon delivery van driver
Parcel stated on website and email as handed to resident. Lies as usual with Amazon van drivers, it was left leaning against the front door. I have doorbell and cctv evidence. The box inside is also damaged where it has been chucked around, probably by the same useless driver. Not being opened until 30th June as it’s a birthday present, it may get returned then, if broken. This was an Amazon van, utterly useless. The guys who deliver in their cars are much more respectful with the packages and tell the truth that is was left outside. If it ever is.
Threatened and intimidated by driver
Threatened, intimidated and bullied by an amazon/Morrisons driver. Lone disabled woman, vulnerable. Reporting to amazon customer services is a nightmare, not passed on, no call backs as promised, emails ignored, threatened. Disgusting.
Very Limited Options for Providing Feedback
Driver did not wait for me to answer the answer the door. I found the package resting on the front step, about 3 meters from the pavement of street with plenty of passers by . The parcel was easily visible and also left in the sun, which would not have been good for the food supplement contents.
Either Amazon or the seller had no bothered to mark the product as one that should not be left in the sun.
The package could have been posted through my letterbox. I know because I checked. All I had to do was bend one side of the cardboard envelope. Both side of the enveloped have creases to facilitate this.
Yet the email confirming delivery claimed "Your package was left in the mail slot."
The email also contained a link for feedback. When I followed this, the very limited choices did not cover my compaint and writing what had actually happened was no an option. Too difficult for Amazon's AI to deal with?
There is of course the wider issue of Amazon and other companies putting pressure of drivers to "be more productive", which means Amazon making money by shortchanging customers and those who drive the vans.

Amazon shows you the tracking map which states I am the next stop and the courier is just down the road from me. I was going out but decide to stay in and wait for the parcel to be delivered. One hour later it still has not arrived then another tracking sign pops up stating that the driver has a few more parcels to deliver before getting to my address. God knows what time he will now be here, I could have made other arrangements for the parcel delivery but because the tracking stated I was the next stop I waited in so now my day is ruined as I now have to wait for it to be delivered as I do not want it to be left on the doorstep in full view of the road or with neighbours as they are at work.

We have order something from Amazon and Due to price increase they send wrong items to address and they message about refund because they price increased they send wrong items so they gain more profit form the items . So was not satisfied with the way they did with my order . When i review They remove my review & feedback.
Delayed delivery and refund issue
I'm writing to express my disappointment with the delivery and refund process for an item I purchased on February 7th. The item was supposed to be delivered the next day, February 8th, but it never arrived.
I contacted customer care on February 9th and was told the item would be delivered on February 10th. If not, I was promised a refund. However, the item still hasn't arrived.
The reason for my purchase was to gift my son on his birthday, February 12th. Unfortunately, due to the delayed delivery, I've missed the opportunity to give him the gift on time.
Today, February 11th, I reached out to customer care again, explaining the situation and requesting a refund so I can purchase the item from a physical store. However, I was told that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund until February 22nd.
I'm extremely disappointed with this response, especially considering the item cost over £1,000. I need a solution urgently, as I must give my son his birthday gift. This isn't the first time I've experienced similar issues with your company.
I hope you can provide a more satisfactory solution to this problem.

We have complained at least 6 times to customer services: we have even written to Head of Logistics - all to no avail. There are certain Amazon delivery drivers in the N Somerset area who think it’s fine, saves time, to chuck a parcel over our back garden wall. We have contacted Amazon with clear instructions as to how to find our house and it’s there in their notes but is totally ignored.
Yesterday my husband caught one at it. The driver argued that his GPS indicated the back garden wall. My husband tried to tell him to read his notes but he insisted he had the right spot and left the parcel on the wall, took a photo then walked away telling my husband to ‘go away’ - but not exactly in those terms.
