What's happened to Amazon's delivery…
What's happened to Amazon's delivery since changing from their own vans to some third party. More than half of my deliveries go somewhere else. They don't bother knocking on the door. The timescales for delivery are meaningless. The confirmation email shows a picture of it at someone elses door! Can't they read even numbers? Click on the thumbs down on the 'how was your deliver' just takes you to your order! It doesn't do anything else. Completely awful.

They give you tracking ..but nothing updates and no detail and delivery upto 10pm ..totally inconvenient

I am regularly ordering from Amazon and regularly the delivery tracking is telling me it is so many deliveries away then stopping for 30 minutes to an hour. Just had a delivery supposedly 1 stop away which stayed in the same place for about half an hour before moving- are they having their tea en route? Amazon are normally very helpful with refunds. However this time I bought a mobile phone with my credit card. I found the phone would not connect to my provider and sent it back for a refund. I found that I had accidentally opted to have the money transferred to my amazon account. This is misleading because according to their customer service section and they said that I cannot get access to the money it was bought on a gift card. My credit card company will not deal with this. They should not keep money that is rightfully ours and say it is a gift card. I take a very dim view of Amazon now and will be leaving Prime but will have to stay whilst I spend nearly £300 that I will have to pay for soon on my credit card. Don't use Amazon for expensive items it is not worth the hassle or the inconvenience of being out of pocket. I am an amazon seller and they transfer funds to me there so this is ridiculous and unfair.
AGGRESIVE Delivery Drivers
I buy an awful lot from Amazon as I have a broken back. I am very rarely out but the Amazon delivery drivers insist on leaving my deliveries in the garden come rain or shine. I have recently knocked on the window to tell two drivers to please deliver it to my door, their attitudes (both times) have been very aggresive and quite frightening for a disabled pensioner, the deliveries are actually putting me off using Amazon. When I tried to let amazon know about this it is so difficult to get someone to speak to, also one of the drivers walked over the gravel where I have my garden ornaments and broke 2 of the ornaments. NOT HAPPY, I think one star is far to high for this serviceand Amazon should be more careful about who they hire and maybe some customer service training

Number of times I have an email from Amazon saying track your package, it shows nothing in Amazon so put in tracking ref in this site and it says 'Cannot be found'.

Driver doesnt ring doorbell
The driver puts down that parcel handed to resident. Doesnt do so. I wait in for delivery and driver will put item in area when has been raiing rather than ring the doorbell.
over 3 weeks to repair a canon printer and worse
over 3 weeks to repair a canon printer. Then I am told a new printer is on its way as if it was a favour ( my first printer was only a few weeks old before it broke down) . When will i get this supposedly new printer? In another few weeks time. costing me money to get printing done externally. Been buying £££'s worth of goods from them for years and now the worst customer service ever. Total call centre shambles!
Same thing over and over again
I live in a small block of flats. I've had them leave a package outside, leave a package inside the main door, not ring (press the 3 digits of my door number) several times and other times say its been delivered to me and it has not. Its a nightmare and I do not understand why it's so hard for the drivers to deliver or get feedback. I have received probably 3 out of 10 Amazon deliveries.
Amazon prime stinks
Actually stated delivery time of 12.13.00, then received tracking that it had been delivered at 8.00am was not delivered at all so cannot now track. This is the third incident in three days ' parcels just dropped over the gate, one ran in dropped it on a table and run out before i could answer the door just saw him run past my window. Of late Amazon is just terrible and does not even deserve one star
failed delivery exeter depot
I have tried over 2 days to get a parcel delivered, one that I hasten to add was a failed delivery as the driver could not find the front door. Amazon's systems are shambolic customer service is a waste of time, supervisors are no better, spent over an hour on hold to speak to logistics for the call to be terminated, they have my details but no phone call back and no chance of delivery, its disgraceful and no one cares, mine is coming from the Exeter branch depot who ever is in charge there shame on you. I was repeatedly told parcel would be delivered today and 8pm still no delivery.
Deliveries from Amazon amongst most unreliable
Used to be the most reliable delivery company, but has recently fallen apart! Packages now being abandoned in our street (not just us) Insecure, open to the elements. Virtually inpenetrable customer service contact (clearly designed to be like that) and poor responses, that do not answer questions such as "when will I get an item that you had out on delivery for the last 2 days but did not deliver?" They will not let you speak with the Operational management responsible for this mess. No confidence therefore that anything will change, this seems to be the new normal for Amazon.
Serious Issues with customer service with no regard for customer security!!
What has happened to Amazon? I have been a member for many years and recently have been treated disgustingly by them.
Very serious situation of my daughter's account being hacked. When she tried to change the password it kept asking for her bank details!!
So supposed to be simple get an amazon customer service number and sort....oh no you can't do that as every number asks you to log into your account !!!!
She rang me and I contacted amazon through my account asking for a telephone number after 30 mins the only solution was for my daughter to go into my account and speak to customer service through this..at the time I was in a different country to her and I explained this to amazon.
I asked for a formal complaint to be made and the person hung up.
My daughter followed the instructions and spoke to customer service who said the issue would be dealt with by the end of last week.
Heard nothing rang back today. Firstly line terrible with lots of voices in the background. Spoke to one person who was clueless and couldn't answer if he could see the issue. After 30 minutes again I insisted on speaking to a supervisor and kept being put on hold.
Got a supervisor told then told us that the problem with my daughter's account could take years to resolve and to open a new account with amazon using a different email address. This person was also patronising and when I said how poor the service levels were he said that is my opinion.
I've taken to social media as I'm so annoyed. Amazon are flippant about security issues. They have no system for this type of problem and I was told I couldn't talk direct to the department dealing with this issue. The people are either patronising or rude and it certainly will make me think twice about using them as my first port of call anymore.
So poor!!
