Amazon you gave me a pick up code which is INVALID for my parcel...phoned HELPLINE waste of time! So my husband is coming out of hospital tomorrow after major surgery with NO CUSHION for his wheelchair!!!!!

Amazon UK behave just like the Government dishonest money grabbing liars this next day delivery is a total sham click a next day delivery item and then you receive a confirmation email and find it is not next day delivery, outrageous!

Came home tonight after long trip to find an Amazon parcel on the doorstep. I have no front garden so front door is right on the pavement, luckily it wasn’t taken. My daughter WAS HOME ALL DAY AND NO ONE KNOCKED THE DOOR! Delivery notice said handed to customer, lying unprofessional delivery man/woman

Yet another two failed delivery yet the driver was supposed to be 4 stops away and when checked the system that shows you where they are he was back on motorway going back to his depot ? This has been quite a few failed items delivered think I too will be cancelling my Amazon prime as over the last 12 months I’ve had too many things not delivered or lost 😠

Ordered item through Amazon from a company called WearAll. Need to return item. QR Code not accepted by post office. Been trying for 3 days to get another QR code and I’m getting bounced between the two companies, each saying the other is responsible . Trying to speak to a human being - IMPOSSIBLE. Never had a problem with Amazon before

Trying to pay for an oven on amazon with a new credit card. I keep filling in the form but it never registers it. I've done this a dozen times now. I give up. Amazon are making it impossible to buy anything. I will never use these id**ts again

Amazon customer service are awful and unhelpful. A delivery pinged up, as delivered and i was home... no knock, no ring on the doorbell and the message saying handed to resident! Customer service told me i had to wait 3 days to get a refund or replacement. Even explaining that I've had a foot operation and the items were to make my life a little easier... i still need to wait.
Really poor customer service and feeling very under valued as customer. I used think they were so helpful in the past.... not anymore!!!

yet another failed delivery. waited at home all day tracking says delivery attempted lies lies its a large number of parcels and the driver could not be bothered getting the lift to my flat i do not know wether its the same driver buts its constantly happening. i have only moved in 5 mths ago and still buying lots of necessities
god knows how much i have spent buying from amazon but no more will be cancelling prime and going elswhere

I bought the phone on amazon, and amazon delivered the phone, but the phone wasn't okay, amazon said they can't replace but they can refund me so I can buy a new same phone again and they will do a price match as well.

they refunded me on a gift card and I had to pay for 2nd phone with 'real money so after a refund, I ended up with 2nd phone price sucked into an amazon gift card against my will.

I spend 10h on a phone, and a manager told me that he will fix it, but 4 weeks later nothing.

also, price match promise wasn't kept

very sad. not sure if that means customer obsession with what they try to sell

Ordered a hoover and a bag of charcoal arrived. Amazon insisted I return the bag of charcoal before processing a refund. 20 days later and still no refund (and no hoover). Maybe cheapest isn't always best. I'll be voting with my shopping in the new year

Absolutely the worst service. Didn’t deliver when they said. Then cancelled the delayed order. Then lied to me. No apology. Nothing. Birthday present and they just simply didn’t give a damn. Terrible.

So, I added a pair of toothbrushes to my wish list a few weeks ago, came back today and they are £5 more, Black Friday deal of the day….. what’s more is the craic when I decided to take them to task and complain. Not only was no explanation given, no one was available to raise my complaint further.
The level of incompetence by customer service persons is worrying. At a time we are struggling to keep ourselves warm those billionaires are raising the prices or adjusting them to make us fall for the scam. And yes they have been doing it for donkeys but unless we take them to task and refuse to hand over our money they will continue this tirade of indecent trading.
Boycott Amazon.
