Been waiting since 5th September for my radiator with various hiccups and time wasting along the way. It may finally arrive Monday 15th November, fingers crossed. Trade Radiators have their money and happy to keep it not offer any gesture of goodwill etc despite the radiator being in the black Friday sale.

I purchased a radiator which was not suitable. I have re-packaged it up as per their specific requirements (not stated on their website) and I have been waiting for a collection for over 3 weeks having stayed home all day several times only being given a 9-6pm slot for collection, every time it has failed with no contact despite passing my phone number being provided in case any issues arise. They are also requesting a fee for collection which was not stated on their website under returns information.

Wanted some replacement radiators and found the perfect ones on your site. Right price and right size so was a straight swap over. Will recommend your site

I made a mistake on my order which was resolved by helpful staff. However the website is quite confusing which contributed to the errors made by myself. In terms of improvements I would suggest looking at this and more description about how the finish looks to ensure you get what you want from both website and staff.

First time using this company & the ordering/delivery process has been flawless. Had to change one item due to my error in sizing. The customer services rep on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful making the return/replacement process painless.

*Poor comms and delays to order/delivery* I ordered a small radiator early August, now over a month and have not received the Radnor had any proactive comms as an update. Emailed several times, had one lame response saying “it will be delivered when it’s ready”, since then nothing back on chasers.
I am sure it will be an excellent product, but at least update customers and keep comms clear. Obviously they are busy and been hit by recent shipping issues (across the globe), just be honest and open.

Ordered a replacement towel radiator. First one didnt arrive as damaged by DHL in transit and returned to sender. Second one arrived damaged. Third one delayed at warehouse and then delayed again by DHL which meant delaying our works. TradeRadiators need to have more than one option for sending out product when the other is not performing.

Excellent service - the element in our dual fuel towel rail failed after over 10 years. We phoned Trade Radiators and the not only found our original order but got a replacement to us by lunchtime next day. Good price too!

The rad isn't installed yet, but the ordering & delivery went perfectly & the price was good value

Excellent. Lovely radiator. The first radiator was damaged in transit but it was replaced ASAP with minimum fuss.
