Two years after cancelling they are still billing and will not refund! Have emails and promises. Not trustworthy whatsoever.

I just purchased the Gold program 4 days ago, trusting the endorsement from SMB Capital. Once I learned the import process, I uploaded 499 trades (2024 and 2025) in less than 10 minutes. The program is awesome. I've already identified weaknesses in my trading that have kept me from being more profitable. This isn't just a tracking system. It is a must-have for anyone serious about trading.

Do not do any type of subcription, or even login!
I did login, just to cheek it, and never used it after that.
Two months later, alteady 100€ out of my account!
And i did not subscribe to any payment, i never do!

Like other mentioned, I also cancelled before trial. There is no cancel button as the website state to select the free plan. By doing so, it will not be charged, but I was charged anyway.

Besides the use of your credit card without your approval, the website UI is simple to use and provides good metrics. There is no way to edit or remove your credit card number. This is a sign of a fraud. Why would a company allow you to enter your credit card information, but you can't remove? Just about every websites allowed me to edit or remove my credit card when needed. This company did it on purpose so they can continuously charge your credit card.

If it wasn't for the credit card fraud, I would recommend them.

This company is fraudulent. I signed up last July and paid for a full year membership at the time. I emailed them in March of this year requesting a partial refund and to cancel my membership. They would not cancel refund me and stated that I would have access to their site for the remainder of the year. Now they charged my card almost $500 for another full year and will not refund me. No notice for the charge and they are not giving me a refund after I shared my email from several months ago wishing to be cancelled. Do not give this company your business.

Beware their hidden theft policies. No way too delete you credit card from their system, and no way to cancel a subscription. They have kept charging me for a yearly plan without my approval.

Signed up for a free trial, cancelled the trial within the free period. Now have the Free version and keep getting billed for the Silver option. Have contacted them via the only available option multiple times and have not received a response. Obviously contacted the card company and have stopped the charges. Terrible... There are better trade journaling options out there and they actually provide a service for the money.

Using their paid service, there was a couple bugs. Sent an email to support Sept 27. There was an initial response from Richard asking for some data and saying they'd look into it. I send it right away. Oct 1, I email, asking for follow up. Receive email Oct 4, they're looking into it will let me know soon. Today Oct. 13, still nothing, crickets.
