I expected the original bottle and it…
I expected the original bottle and it has been changed as the old bottle is discontinued and no one advised me !only when I email back saying I got the wrong bottle!
I have been very happy with my purchases in the past , so this time I only give 4 stars!
Is the shaper plus new bottle is the same spray ?
Please advise !

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are so glad to hear you've loved your past purchases, but we completely understand your frustration about not being notified beforehand regarding the packaging update for Shaper Plus. We want to reassure you that while the bottle has a brand-new look, the formula inside is the exact same professional-grade spray you know and love—giving you the same hold and performance as the original. We truly appreciate your 4-star rating and your helpful feedback. We're taking notes on how we communicate packaging changes so we can keep you better informed next time. If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know!
