Products arrived in good condition. Packaging was excellent. They even took the care to put extra bubble wrap on the nail polish to prevent breakage. Delivery was a little long but I live in a remote... Toon meer

A very satisfied customer
This is my first time purchasing from this company and I am very pleased with the delivery and goods. I received my items pretty fast. I will buy from them in the future. The hairspray I bought is great and it is hard to find it in Vancouver. Keep up the good work.

My item was never delivered and ultimately returned to them. Incredibly frustrating.

Hi Alicia, thank you for the feedback. For higher-value orders, we require a signature on delivery as a security measure to protect both the customer and us in case a package is lost or misdelivered. Our team followed up with the shipping carrier once we were made aware the delivery attempt was missed. We're sorry the item ended up being returned rather than delivered. If you'd still like to receive these products, feel free to reach out to us directly.
Quick delivery for good quality product.

First time ordering from Trade Secrets
First time ordering from Trade Secrets. Fast shipping and amazing deals to pamper a girl in this economy. Super happy with my Paul Mitchell Clean Beauty Hydrate shampoo and leave-in conditioner which arrived in perfect condition. The product results are 0 frizz and 0 irritation for my psoriasis-prone scalp. Gentle Cleansing with hydration that is very evident in the shine and softness of my “mane”. Will definitely support this business again.

Not good experience! I went out of my way especially to pick…
I went out of my way especially to pick up this item only to find the pick up centre closes at 3:pm. This was terribly inconvenient as I then had to come and pick it up the next day from Bloor and Yonge. There should be an option where I could have picked up this item down town.

Overall very pleased
Overall, I’m very happy with the service. I was a little surprised that it took about five or six days before the order was even shipped out but overall very happy with the service.

I can always count on Trade Secrets to…
I can always count on Trade Secrets to make sure my items are packaged PERFECTLY and SECURELY. I ordered 2 bottles of hair products worth $80 each and everything was wrapped in bubble wrap snuggly in a thick sturdy box. The items were new and clean, and not even a dent or a mark on the original manufacturer packaging. So I know they aren't selling old or expired products. I can't express how rare this is nowadays. When I order from other stores, they come broken or leaking due to poor packing and it's sad how other places try to get away with selling old stock. Thank you again Trade Secrets, it's good to know there is atleast one honest store I can still count on.
