Before Train Agents website went down I would have given a better review but the lack of response from customer service is very disappointing! What is going on and when will the site be back up? It’s been a week now. I have reached out to support with ZERO response. I am highly upset as this has put me behind schedule.

Website Down for a week now!!! No one is answering the phones or returning calls. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! What kind of IT Department brings down a website for a week now and didn't test the new program first!!! and doesn't have the ability to bring up the website old or new???? FREE Extensions on courses???? Or are you guys out of business?????

Why is the website down? so many days already waiting!!! tick tock!! You guys said 24 hours, after 24 hours you said 48hours!! now it has been at least 4 days and still not running!!!!

Well thank for replying, I was trying to be patient, and I do appreciate the fact you took time to reply, the system is running very good and I really like this new system, I like the teacher’s explanations being recorded, it helps to retain and comprehend the information in a better way.

I wish I could give them negative stars.The course was purchased as a gift for me and during the checkout process I was not given the option to pay an extra $27.00 to take my final exams online. They refused to accept responsibility for their faulty website. And I was stuck paying the difference. Horrible customer service. I called for help during the checkout process and the customer service rep had no idea how to help me checkout and she said as much. Then she offered to transfer me, but I just got a recording that looped. I just hung up and figured it out. They are very eager to transfer you to someone else. The staff is inept and the company sucks.

This school has improved significantly from what I’m hearing on the reviews from the past. It is dry but very affordable and gives you the information you need to pass the test. In addition to this program, I highly recommend reviewing vocabulary using the Prep Agent channel on YouTube. With these 2 combined, you should be able to knock out the test!

Purchased this particular program because it stated when I purchased that it would never expire. Program now states that it has expired, and will not allow me to access the material.

I took this course 2 years ago I had no problem getting anyone to answer my calls Danielle ( even though it was Christmas break and her child was ill. ) was great they answered all questions. I found them to be helpful, I passed both the state and national board test on the first try. I was very excited because afterwards I found that if you took any online course, it is not common to pass the national test especially on the first try!!! THANK YOU for making it easy to learn and understand the material!!! Worth every penny I paid.

They don't answer the phone or email. Left several messages (vm's) and emails without response the past two weeks. The program will not permit me the ability to print off my certificates so I can renew my license, though I have completed and passed all tests and exams.
Do not use this service.

This school is useless. I learned nothing, the material is not digestible, it's like reading a law book. I have since failed the state test 3 times. The curriculum has no color, few examples, no key terms, no vocabulary words, no text book, no study recommendations, no pictures, no audio lessons, no sounds what so ever, no diagrams, no images, just 2,000 pages of dry black and white laws on your screen.

Total waste of time and money! Beware of the time limit on the course as there is NO refund or extension offered!! They will NOT inform you if you are getting close to the end of your time either! Answers to questions are wrong and no one cares. Write the supposed instructor and no response. Do not waste your money here, find a local school with someone knowledgeable, not a program that cannot answer back.

So bad! Redundant is an understatement. You can tell little effort was put into the course content. To add insult to injury, they supposedly email new course requirements(like proctored exams) but admit is goes to spam and also comes well after the 14 day refund option. Total waste. I feel dumber than when I started. Do NOT use!!

Nothing I learned in the course was on the test. I passed all course tests and did not pass state or national test. No refund was given regardless of claim.

Terrible experience so far. I have doubts that they are even accredited. Information is given in no particular order, different topics are intermixed and sometimes repeated. Beware: some of the information is outdated. 50 exams are testing the same information over and over, but you cannot go forward without passing every one.

I paid for the PDF copy and so fax (2 weeks) nobody got back to me to let me know how to get it.

Just pages and pages and pages and pages of terms and definitions to memorize. How is something supposed to genuinely learn this way? This isn’t learning. This is dozens of slides of memorizing words. Totally ineffective. Waste of my money.

When I first enrolled in Train agents school's brokerage course in August 2017 I was informed that the TREC requirements were changing the following month which I understood as TREC conveyed that to me as well but according their website at the time of my purchase it stated that all of the courses would be on website via Power point slides along with exams and quizzes. It was only after I had purchased the course that I was informed via email that the courses would be transferred over to their "sister" site 360training.com in pdf format which was not disclosed to me and it was not stated on their website prior to my purchase.
I completed one course on the train agents site, Law of Contracts, before the TREC requirements changed on 9/1/17 and then started taking Law of Agency, on the train agent site after. I was then notified on February 1st that the LOA course deadline would be on February 15th and that I should request to have the LOA course transferred over if I would not be able to complete it before the deadline. I requested that the LOA to be transferred to the 360training.com site without being informed of the difference in the delivery of material on the 360 training website but it was declined and Amanda stated via email that the deadline was extended and to continue to work on LOA on the train agent site. When I asked about the deadline on March 6th 2018 Amanda did not give me a specific updated date of the LOA deadline but said that it was currently being updated and that Real estate principles was loaded on the 360training.com site for me to work on.

So I opened the Real estate principles course on the 360training.com site and discovered that the 360 training courses are actually in PDF. format and are not in power point format as misstated on the FAQ section on their website when I enrolled. PDF based courses are difficult for me to navigate through which is why I chose their course as it was stated that they also offer audio and interactive components to the course which would be easily accessible to me so I could listen to; this was not the case on 360training site. I compared both sites before enrolling into their course and if I wanted to sign up with 360training.com directly then I would have done last August as I did not realize trainagents.com school is an academic partner under the guise of an independent school as it stated on your website when I enrolled that everything is running on their servers. I see now that has been omitted.

At the time of my enrollment the train agents website advertised that their courses will be delivered as one format and then discovering that the content will be delivered on another site in a different format only after payment is received is deceptive and misleading and should have been disclosed prior to my purchase. Trainagents.com is now just a front for 360training.com. So if you like overpriced courses that are on long pdfs that are not user friendly or web accessible and with no instructor assistance then this is the site for you.

Also I was also informed by Danielle in August 2017 that the exam pass rate was 80% and now on TREC as of May 2018 it is 58.26%.

I can't get online today. Their site is down and no one answers the phones. I have sent an email requesting a reply by tomorrow or I will request the charges be removed from my credit card. This would appear to be breach of contract if they agree to provide a course online and then you can't login and can't even access their webpage. I am very frustrated with no one being there to answer or at the minimum, a message via email, text to inform me what the heck is going on.

Never clear when asking for help. Website is shoddy at best, down half the time, and you can not use the website on a mobile platform such as a tablet, iPad or phone.

Poor customer service. Site always down..do not purchase!

This is an update to my negative review below. I found their number and called them. I left a message thinking I wouldn't hear from anyone and very quickly received a call from Amanda. She was very nice and apologized for all the problems saying that the system had acquired a bad virus and their tech guy had been working on getting it repaired. They didn't have any way to reach their students as everything was locked down. They feel the problem has been resolved. I am going to think positive and not be an alarmist at this time. Back to studying!

I am very upset and see I'm not alone! Don't know why I didn't read reviews before signing up for this course. I have completed 82% of Law, 100% Math and 24% Principles - I can't imagine having to start over.
They didn't seem to crash at the beginning, seems like it started in Feb.

If the company would stand up and post their situation, honesty goes a long way. I feel badly also because I recommended this course to others. Let's hope they get their act together. I also agree with others about the grammar.

I signed up to take my real estate exams for Oregon back in February. The site crashed on me several times and now I cannot get back in for three days. I tried to call the company multiple times including today with no real way to speak with a person because every attempt goes to their voicemail. Now I have to try to get my money back and start over after reading other’s review about the same thing.
