I paid for this course and now the site is gone!!! How do I even email these People? I want my money back that's 300 And my time is being wasted!!!

Just bought into this company and the site has been down off and on for several days. The administrative office is not open on the weekends, and I can't leave a message even though the recording says you can. Have sent an e-mail requesting a refund. Based on these reviews here, I'm not very hopeful!

The site has been down multiple times this week and has sometimes crashed while I've been doing my course work to taking a quiz. I want to take the course and get my license, this is important and I'm trying to complete it in a timely manner. It is impossible if I can't assess the course! Very frustrating. I spent my own money for this kind of service?

Crashed again!???

I was in my second day of renewing my license website crashed and I was able to continue yesterday. Today the website has been down all day, trying to log in since 9 am and no luck!! the website is still non responsive. I don't have time for this I have a date line I hope I don't loose my license because this unprofessional people!!!! I need my money back so that I can continue on renewing my license with different professional school before its to late!!

update-4 hours later still no response from the site and there is no way you can communicate with anyone!! they think this is a joke!

I enrolled and paid my tuition on Wednesday morning, 03/14/2018, and immediately the website crashed and I was unable to begin my courses. I was finally able to begin that evening. Thursday went well each time I logged in to complete some course work, however, today the website has been down all day. I began trying to log in at 8am CDT and as of now, 1:30pm, the website is still non responsive. I emailed on Wednesday and was assured that the crash was not a normal occurance and they were working to fix it. I emailed again this morning as this is beginning to seem like a normal occurance and was told that they were aware and were working tirelessly to fix their problem. If you are on a time crunch to complete these courses, I suggest you look elsewhere. If I had unlimited funds, I would enroll in a different course, however, I must now attempt to get a refund and start fresh with a different online program (after completing 6 modules - 16% completion of the first course)

I was nearly finished with the course and I was given the option to finish in 15 days or to completely start over due to them changing the courses(this was only after 40 days). So I studied tirelessly to try and meet the deadline. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to study at my own pace but I still was somewhat content with the information I had been getting out of my course and exams. I have yet to receive a response to my emails asking if I am allowed to start from the last 20 modules that I had or if I will have to start over. I payed my fair share for this website ($315) to help me but now it’s preventing me to study for my exam. I’m on a time crunch to finish and this is unacceptable. I’ve called countless times and have yet to talk to an actual representative. I’ve left a message and emailed them and am awaiting a response from them.

No responses from customer service with 2 email notices. CE courses were not been delivered accordingly after purchase.

No way shape or form will this poor course will prep you for the exam. I got a refund asap and am enjoying my other 90 hour course.

Easy to use format. Only complaint is that the grammar and punctuation should be looked over. I'm only on Section 3 of the Oregon Broker Pre-License Course and I've come across many grammar/punctuation mistakes. All information is clear though.

Train Agents does a great job on their courses and makes it easy to get your license or CE credits for your renewal.

Good chunking of material. Good explanations.
The only thing that bugs me just a little are all the typos... and there are quite a few.
Other than that, I would highly recommend
this program.

i have to go through too many steps and go to another website to complete my license. There are other easier and more efficient options.
