I have had numerous great experiences over the years with Train Agents. I will continue both referring and using them!

So far so good! I’m in only a few hours but I really like the set up!

Very good, easy and quick.

Would prefer that the Real Estate Broker training included Audio -
All this is just reading stuff then taking a test. It would be much more helpful to be more interactive with audio.
Also, with audio it would assist in pacing the modules to align with the required hours

The courses for real estate by Train Agents, is good enough, but it has a lot of typos and incomplete sentences, making it difficult to follow at times. Sometimes the content is not clear, and it even contradicts itself at times.

Almost done with the 1st course, so far it's been good.

Aside from the jumping from topic to topic, there is a disconnect between the audio and the printed material. They are often in opposition, and if it were not for the fact that I had taken this material for a previous licensing, I would have been misled by the audio.

Second, there are sections, especially that in dealing with the land survey section, where the illustrations are completely erroneous. Again, I know this topic well as I have performed surveying in the field, and have been an appraiser assistant where knowing this information was critical.

At this point, I am only using this to get the requisite hours in, and am not expecting to be properly educated in any manner.

I have recommended TrainAgents repeatedly...convenient, clear lessons, excellent exam prep and wonderful pricing!

The information is good and laid out in a way which is reasonably easy to understand. There area a few grammatical mistakes in the writing and a couple of them make the sentence take on a different meaning than what I believe it is supposed to. Other than that I see no issues.

The lessons do not flow smoothly. Once I finished the first lesson and completed the exam I try submitting the exam to be scored but nothing happens. The progress shows 99% complete and it doesn't let me continue on to the next section.

So far it's going pretty well. The reason I gave 3 stars is because it seems like the program was not proofread at all. There are so many sentences that I've had to read several times to figure out what it's saying because there are random extra words and repeated words. So I feel like it's making it take longer than it should to read through. The other thing is on a few sections there is a voice recording of the information that just autoplays. You should have to hit play for it to start.

Lowest priced state certified program I could find, but not bad. Perfect for people who are good with self study. Only complaint is there are a lot of typos in the reading.

While a lot of the content is useful, there are a LOT of typos in the study materials and even in the review exams. The lack of professionalism makes it incredibly hard for me to focus on, and sometimes even comprehend, the information provided. I got a great deal on my Texas course with regard to the price, but I'm disappointed with what I received for my money.

On my first course of four, I must say the course is very repetitive and there are several clerical errors which makes some of the information difficult to understand. The course is self paced and it allows you go back and verify answers on the exams. Course is lengthy due to repetitiveness but if the information taught in the course is accurate, it will be enough to excel on the final exam.

I like it a lot so far... A lot of the words/labels are interchangeable and it doesn't seem to be much consistency when or why an interchangeable word is used but I'm figuring it out.
