I am approximately half way through the course. The lessons are straight forward and understandable. I have had a few technical difficulties with the audio portion of the lessons. The sound level will fluctuate up and down on some lessons.

As far as customer service is concerned, I am impressed. On two different occasions, I needed to contact the school and the response was very quick. It is really too soon for me to rate the instruction, however the initial information that I have encountered so far seems to be thorough and organized. As for the website, I do believe that the log in process needs some tweaking. I have been on websites that seem to be a bit easier to navigate. Other than that, I will remain hopeful and confident that all will work out and I will appreciate this new endeavour in my life.

I probably should've taken an in person class, I just wish there were videos. Sooo much reading is monotonous. Otherwise, it's a plethora of information and I feel I will be prepared upon completion.

This program is a time consuming, poorly organized ripoff. The program advertises you may call and receive assistance. When you call you have three choices, one regarding how to sign on, two, how to get assistance in paying, and three, the CEO. I called for each of these three and one more just test, and was asked to leave a message with name and phone number. That was three days ago and not one call has been returned.

What is very surprising is the number of misspelled words and use of poor syntax. In the course I took, Texas Legal and Ethics I, there must have been over 200 words misspelled and sentences structured very poorly. This tells me that who ever prepared this program did not use a program with a spell checker, or they were just too lazy or too much in hurry to care. Not very professional.

Finally, when taking the final exam, the pages on the program kept blinking making the screen hard to read. Thinking it may have been my computer, desktop Windows, I moved to a laptop windows, same thing. I could never get my Ipad to work with the program, one of my reasons for calling. So one final computer, my Imac and I finally got thru the exam.

This program is a waste of time and money. Look elsewhere. I did.

This is a great way to learn, if you are dedicated and able to set time aside for studying. I love the fact I can open up my courses whenever I want. Even though I am doing everything online, I wish textbooks were available, not just by PDF.

I have had to call multiple times to speak with someone to answer questions. I ordered the Platinum RE Course, have finished the classes and am working on practice tests. I'm finding many terms and questions that were not covered. I will be purchasing a study guide workbook from Anazon to help me fill in the gaps and prepare. This RE Course by itself is not enough study material.

It is a good class and easy to use. I just found that there are some answers that are not correct. That is fasanating when you know it is correct but it answers it as wrong. Not a lot but 2 or 3 though out.

So far, so good. Just completed 1 of 6 courses... Have to see if I pass the State Exam at the end. Great price and good lesson plan.

I like Train agents. It is easy to understand. It gives lot of material to read.
And moreover it is very affordable.

I shall recommend all students for their exams abd agents for their CEs

This is the 6th time I have got or renewed my real estate license. Although I would recommend a class room experience for the 1st time, this online is really good. I am totally impressed and the price is right. It has my highest recommendation.

The staff was very helpful in getting enrolled in their program. I've just gotten started on the course and it seems to be very informative and easy to follow. Im looking forward to completing the 180 hr Texas Realtor course.

The errors in grammar and spelling were too distracting that I had to cancel my class and get a refund. The instructors tone was also a distraction. The way he chuckles and says "see" after so many sentences just rubbed me the wrong way. I can see he was trying to make it entertaining but if I want to be entertained I would grab something on Netflix.

I liked the concise way the information was displayed.

The courses weren't updated with state's exams. Quizzes or exams at the end of the courses are so simple and didn't update with state exams.
Guaranty is just a fake. No money back if you failed the Real Estate exams of TREC.

So far I have been able to do the work on my schedule without any hassle from anyone.
