Amazing course with a very knowledgable first aid instructor, highly recommended

This is an excellent course to do. Chris Heayns is fantastic at delivering the information in a way that makes you feel at ease and ask any questions to if your not sure. I have taken a lot of knowledge from this course and hope through practice my confidence will grow. Cannot recommend enough everyone should do this course.

Great trainer, very intresting curse

Just finished my first aid course with my trainer Christopher and what an experience. Over the 3 days he’s made it really interesting and easy to understand I sometimes find it hard to take on things in such a small amount of time but he’s made it really easy. Makes it a lot better that he’s a really nice bloke and easy to get on with. Ended my course with a pass so all in all happy with everything and would highly recommend.

Chris gave an amazing 3 day first aid course. He explained everything very well and made the practical sessions very engaging with each individual.

Taking the course to become a First Aider for Amazon, brilliant and informative course from instructor Chris who was spot on throughout. Previously had the qualification a few years ago but learned a lot of new information, overall great experience and good knowledge for life. Would recommend to anybody.

I’ve never in my life ever met a guy that is kind and caring and very bubbly! Christopher heayns, is one of the most helpful guys out there and his methods of teaching us is fantastic, there wasn’t at any point of the first aid course that I didn’t enjoy, amazing course, amazing guy! I’d 5* recommend to anyone or any company! We have been lucky to have him!

The course is extremely important and I was happy for the opportunity to do it. the teacher transmitted the content interactively and lightly while maintaining the commitment to all necessary teachings.

Attended First aid at work training with Train Direct requested by my employer. Spent 3 days with Christopher which was a mixture of Hands-on, presentations and interactive sessions followed by assessments. Training given to us was professionally delivered and all relevant training materials supplied. Gained valuable knowledge and insights into many parts of the training and would definitely recommend the course to others. Looking forward to doing more courses delivered by Train Direct in future.
