Attended first aid training with trainer Craig. It was exceptional, detailed and thorough, put me through my paces on first aid and refreshed a lot of my knowledge as someone who works within the healthcare profession.

Training for two days, the trainer was very good and helpful. Helped make the training session go well and put us at ease.He also included the young lady with disabilities which was amazing .. looking forward to next year to refresh the training ..thank you ..

I recently joined Solo Support Ltd and attended training over the last two days with Craig as our tutor. From the start, he was approachable, friendly, and easy-going, which immediately put me at ease.

Craig explained each topic clearly and in detail, making the sessions both informative and engaging. The atmosphere was relaxed and supportive, and we were encouraged to ask questions, share thoughts, and get involved in discussions.

What really stood out was how enjoyable the training was, we had plenty of laughs along the way, which made learning feel natural and fun. Many of the areas covered were new to me, but Craig’s knowledge and the way he shared his experiences made everything easy to follow and really interesting.

Overall, it was a valuable and enjoyable experience, and I came away having learned a lot. A big thank you to Craig for making the training so postive and memorable.

Trainer really knowledgeable, personable and thorough. Group had varying degrees experience and trainer engaged and involved us all. Training involved troubleshooting and use of a variety of appropriate teaching aids. Opportunity for questions with time for answers .Excellent update and opportunity to increase knowledge.

The training itself was very informative but how the training was presented and how we was treated by the trainer themselves was not need. Laughing when answers given were wrong, when they are suppose to be there to encourage and inform and to make you feel stupid, also inappropriate comments made and personal lives and appearances is also not needed aswell.

Had training today with Craig, he was very good and helpful. Helped make the training session go well and put us at ease. His knowledge was exceptional and it also was nice to hear his stories as a paramedic.

Craig provided training that was unique and different to what I have previously done, it was generic training which can be boring, he gathered information on the client to ensure the training was more tailored to that person, training was interactive which encouraged you to get involved.
Overall brilliant training and best I’ve had up to yet!

Good teaching by Craig, making sure we understand what we learning and always offering help when needed.

The trainer Craig was excellent, he made the course very interesting. I also learnt new things despite this being an annually repeated course.
Definitely made training a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Craig came out to done our yearly training, he was fantastic made the training fun and felt that I had learnt things I haven't learnt in other training would definitely recommend to other companies to use.

Fantastic training session with Craig today. We were completing refresher courses which were delivered in an interactive and engaging way - this made the day feel really purposeful even though we were reviewing a lot of information we already knew! Fantastic day and lovely atmosphere overall!
