Would of been 5 stars but I still don't know how to apply for the course

I came across the website whilst googling Online Accounting courses on google, the website was well-presented and very informative. I appreciated that the info pack was emailed to me shortly after making an enquiry online however there should be an option for Contact Preferences, I would prefer email contact. It seems a little pushy to have someone call you moments after receiving the info pack - not really having much time to read it through yourself before someone calling you to discuss it further. I understand the intention of wanting to offer guidance however a lot of people nowadays suffer from Social Anxiety Disorders who struggle to speak to people over the phone and/or in person.

I sent an online query and all I got was an email to say someone else will contact me with a link that didn't work at all and nobody contacted me.

I contacted the career academy to enquire about doing a degree in Xero. I received all the answers I was after and more. Wonderful service.

Very helpful to find right course and info pack with guidance.

Its expensive and there are courses alot more cheaper! You should put prices on the courses you advertise its like fake advertising to get people to look on your website? Plus advise if winz or studylink can help!

Can't find out information unless you sign up, no one takes time to answer any questions

The person I spoke with was courteous and thorough. They had answers for every question I posed, and addressed most of the points I needed to know before I had to ask. The advice they provided was sound, and I had a good idea of the direction I wanted to head in after talking with them.

Starting to be part of this course is ecstatic for me because from the information i have read about this course is very welcoming and helpful as i read through and their plans and options for students are great! Makes me want to start already! So i cannot wait to study soon and be part of this course! Just waiting for a call still but i am not in a rush therefore i am a really patient person who will be ready when that time comes for me to study my options i have chosen from this course! Thankyou.

I found the site was good and had the information and the course I was looking for. I would have liked to have been able to see the cost of the course and payment options, like if Student loan is available or possible help from WNZ
