Horrible!!! I never received my order and told them I want my money back! They keep pushing me off saying the order shipped they can’t refund! I ordered in March , it is not June!! Scam!!!

Email sent with tracking number goes to blocked state, couldn't track it

The Butterfly Cardigans I ordered were delivered without incident. I ordered Pink, White, Dark Blue, and Orange. The pink one is for me. The first day I wore it out I got compliments. Too bad they don't have pockets. Otherwise, they're just as described & fun.

Seems to have taken a while to get my order of zinnia seeds after I responded to your aggressive marketing campaign. But the seeds are good, and I have them now. Thank you!

I bought two of these travel jewelry books to safeguard special pieces that have been in a safe deposit box. They are perfect! I don't have to open a lot of boxes or envelopes when I want to find something. I probably won't ever use them for travel but they are great for home or bank safes! It took less than 10 days from order to receipt and they are a better quality than I expected.

The product we easy to purchase and I was kept informed on the package's whereabouts. They came in perfect condition. and, the order was correct!
I look forward to planting these seeds.

I just saw the ad for their "24 hour" Easy Glide lip stain on FB. It got me MAD all over again! I, stupidly I know, saw this ad on another platform a couple of months ago and fell for their claims of "24 hour" creamy lip liner. After it arrived, almost a month mind you with extra shipping fees that they failed to point out (read the fine print next time), I hussled to put this on and run out the door to my doctor's appointment. I didn't think to do a follow up mirror check until 4 hours later when I had a conference call with my boss. HELL-OH!! Not only was it MIA but it had melted onto the skin around my lips so I looked my redneck self! The only place this was to be found was on the one place it wasn't supposed to be!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!

It took well over a month for the product to get here. The product was not up to quality and did not fit. I have struggled with the company to get a refund. They offered me a $3.00 refund when the product cost $29.99 plus $5.99 shipping. They are a fraud and even though they said they provide after sales guarantee they haven’t been willing to let me return the product and get a refund.

I ordered two bras and they took over a month to arrive. The bras themselves are cheap and low-quality. The customer service??? SUCKS. I’ve been emailing them since 3 weeks after my package was supposedly shipped and now I’m wanting to return them but I got an offer for a $3 refund 😂 like I want to waste $45 on cheap bras. The customer service is horrible. I’m actually filing a fraud claim with my bank. DO NO SO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I ordered a bra by the size I wear compared to their size chart and it is too small. I sent them a message and they said I cant return it. To keep it and offered $3 of my money back. I paid $37 for it. I keep telling them no that I want all my money back and to return it but the keep offering me low amounts. Email I got today says their final offer for refund is $15 and I told them no. Their customer service sucks and they dont go by returns and refund info they jave on their size. They suck.

Worst one I’ve run into!
It took about a month to arrive and the product is not as it was prescribed!
They also gave me 2 deferent tracking, 1 from Ireland and 1 from China.
I did not receive purchase confirmation from them, all of the sudden received shipping info.

Still have issue of sagging. I did like the wide back and sideband. However, the bottom band in the front tends to curl up. also took a long time to receive it.

I love the bra that I received. My only complaint is that it took four weeks for me to get the item. Based on the long length of delivery, I would hesitate to re-order.

I asked for a refund because it didn’t fit and they told me that they did not do refunds. That is not the 100% customer satisfaction they stated when I ordered It.

Horrible! They threw on extra charges after I paid. 10$ extra in tax! They sent the wrong size, after I sent them a picture of the product I received and how it was the wrong size they dug in their heels to say they sent the right size and would I take 3$ in compensation!! On a 44$ bill!! Luckily I purchased through PayPal and got full reimbursement.

I placed an order for a dog bowl on March 24. I gave two weeks prior to checking the tracking info to see where the package was. Initially, the tracking info said the package was coming from Spain and was going slowly due to customs, leaving Spain and entering the United States. Then, at some point after I contacted Tranqusy “support” via email, the product (and the tracking info for my package) appeared to be coming from a completely different point of origin in China. At this point, the tracking info has reflected that the package has been in Sonoma, CA for 10 days. Consequently, I’ve concluded that Tranqusy is a complete scam. Thus, I’m going to seek whatever remedies are available through my bank, or through federal law, and will report the company to the Better Business Bureau if possible.

I'd give it a zero if I could. Very deceptive practices. I placed my order April 1, 2026 (April fools day, guess the joke was on me) and still have not received my bra (today is April 21). No where did they disclose ahead of time that the bra was coming from Spain and when it finally made it through the Spain red tape it was held up in U.S. customs. I requested a refund based on their non disclosure but was denied because they said it already had been shipped. Heck, I can get a bra from anywhere in the U.S. in 2 days. DON'T BUY FROM THESE SLUGS.
