Ik ben gecontacteerd geweest via mail een zekere wim koppes.
Zijn oplichters opletten !!!!
Ze vragen om je nr door te sturen zodat ze je kunnen helpen maar als je vraagt om via mail te comuniceren dan veranderd hun gedrag.
Ik heb ooit 250 euro geïnvesteerd in cfx maar deze waren oplichters.
Sinsdien krijg ik dagelijks telefoons van over heel de wereld.
En nu blijkbaar via mail.

Bestolen van Bitcoins door onbekend bedrijf.
Ik werd benaderd door Rob Lorenz van Transak. Ik zou bestolen zijn door een bedrijf dat een beleggng van mij heeft omgezet in Bitcoins. Transak weigert de naam van dat bedrijf te noemen. Dat bedrijf zou mij nu €22.580 schuldig zijn. Later in het gesprek zakte de schuld naar €5.500. De enige belegging die ik ooit heb gedaan was ruim een jaar geleden, van €250. Het betreffende account heb ik echter direct weer beëindigd. De €250 heb ik nooit meer teruggezien.
Transak helpt mij alles terug te krijgen. Echter Transak weigert mij via e-mail of Whatsapp te helpen. Alles dient te gebeuren met telefonische ondersteuning.
Voor mij is onduidelijk hoe Transak aan mijn e-mail adres en telefoonnummer is gekomen. Zou u ze meer persoonlijke info toevertrouwen en met ze in zee gaan?

Probleem met BTC verkoop wordt niet opgelost
Op 28 december 2025 verkochten we BTC via Transak. Dit staat nog steeds 'in processing', dus het is nog niet verkocht, maar ook niet teruggestort. Ik schrijf deze review op 4 maart 2026!!
Inmiddels hebben we al 8x een Refund Form ingevuld, heb ik via het Refund Form, reply op mail van de servicedesk en via PM op LinkedIn berichten gestuurd. Tot nu toe geen mail aan mij als klant ontvangen met heldere instructies wat te doen of afstemmen hoe we dit kunnen oplossen. Ik ontvang alleen standaard mails met het verzoek om het Wallet Adress te checken en te bevestigen. Dit hebben we ook al vaak gedaan, maar nog geen beweging. Conclusie: die standaard acties werken niet!
Wat heel irritant is, is dat je niet direct kunt mailen of contact kunt opnemen met de service desk. Op mijn mails wordt niet gereageerd en ook niet op de berichten op LinkedIn.
Ik zou het erg prettig vinden als mensen van de servicedesk nu eens contact opnemen om mijn BTC (waarop ik ook al fors geld ben verloren inmiddels) terug te storten of op een andere manier uit te laten betalen.
