Great costumer service!
The validation process of my sell was very fast. The platform itself is quite intuitive compared to others I had previously attempt to use. I had made a mistake while uploading the information needed - the costumer support team kindly and promptly asked my intentions in terms of selling price, and updated my sell themselves after I explained that I had made a mistake and gave them the correct information. Exceptional service
Regardless of whether or not my airline tickets are sold, this is a great service! When I was unable to upload my travel information, the chat provided was incredible AND NOT A BOT!! The assistance offered was incredible and allowed me the option to provide this by way of email and PDF attachments. I would thoroughly recommend!!

It sounds like this transaction took place through the Facebook group and not via our official Transfer Travel website. While we don't own the Facebook group, we've formed a partnership with the page owner to provide group members a safe space to buy and sell verified travel listings.
We always recommend completing all booking and payments directly through our official website, where transactions are securely monitored. Our customer service team would be happy to guide you on how to safely buy or sell travel plans through the platform 💜
Payment through the site should be made obligatory
It's a nice site that meets the needs of many travellers, especially frequent ones. However, I'm not a fan of the new update where you can only see the seller's contact details, but you can't make a payment through TransferTravel. On the occasions when I had to contact the seller myself, it turned out that there were some rather shady people behind it. So security of the customers should be made priority #1 once again. Happy to change my review to five stars once this has been fixed.
Customers service is quick and friendly though!

Hero to zero in less than 24 hours
Following a Google search on selling unwanted rail tickets in the UK, Transfer Travel (a UK based company) popped up multiple times. So I thought I'd give it a go. Registered, then spent time writing two listing for tickets. The platform happily let me add the listings on it's train ticket section. Later in the day the two listing are rejected because resale of UK train tickets is not permitted. Not impressed on two fronts:
(i) you let me waste my time listing two journeys clearly for UK train travel, with active assistance from the software (e.g. on searches for departure and arrival locations) without any warning on your platform that posting UK rail tickets was not permitted
(ii) you appear to be completely out of date as National Rail's conditions of travel do allow ticket transfers (see section 5) as up-dated in April 2024 - see the National Rail website.
I was really impressed with the website and the concept when registering yesterday. Sadly not my view now!

There is no way to buy a voucher. I have signed in, still I can't see the sellers contact. Why not write a simple description on how to buy a flight voucher? I wonder if it is really a legit website.

Ashley at Transfer Travel was so patient and helpful! It was my first time using the service and I had a bunch of questions. I sold all my airline vouchers quickly and got great prices. The buyers were all polite and friendly. The entire process was really positive. I thought I would be waiting ages to sell the vouchers, but all 4 sold in under a month. Would definitely use Travel Transfer again.

Requires payment just to set up a listing
Requires payment simply to put up a listing and only tell you this AFTER you have finished setting it up. Shady practice.
They claim to pay you back if your ticket sells but there is absolutely no guarantee your tickets will sell on this obscure site, but they get paid anyway.

We are open with our fees, and the cost to list on our site is stated clearly in our FAQs as well as the How It Works page. Additionally, during the listing creation process, we advise users about the required fees.
As a business these fees are necessary; they go towards supporting our customer service team who verify and legitimise listings on our site to protect our users against scammers. As well as this, they help us maintaining and creating a user-friendly website experience.

I don’t normally write reviews but I feel as though I have been left with no choice. This company is heavily pervasive on a Facebook group I once enjoyed and have previously used to sell and buy holidays, but since this company has become admins of said Facebook group they are posting comments on posts with unsolicited links to overpriced holidays, claiming that they are “discounted” when in reality they are making money off of the seller. Just avoid all together.

Our intention with engaging with people on social media is to let buyers and sellers of holidays know that secure services like ours exist should people wish to use them. The links we post to other people's travel for sale are not unsolicited in this sense- they are in the spirit of connecting people to buy and sell their travel plans. Please be reassured that all holidays listed on TransferTravel.com are priced under what the original buyer paid for them. We ensure the seller provides us confirmation of their original purchase price and applies a discount to this. We mention clearly on our site that we do charge a small commission on sales as this is how we maintain our business - we do not sell holidays directly as we are not a travel agent. We appreciate that our interaction with said facebook group may not be to be your liking but we are also getting positive feedback from group members who have successfully bought and sold travel plans using our secure platform. I couldn't make a trip to Spain and…
I couldn't make a trip to Spain and could not get a refund from Booking.com as it was booked as a "non refundable" booking! Listed it on Transfer travel and sold it 12 days later to a lovely buyer in sweeden!
So glad I managed to get some of my money back.
