Lily was so helpful in finding us our perfect family holiday. We did all our communicating via email and this was a lot of back and forth due to my indecisiveness. Lily was so patient and committed to finding something for us. The price came up miles cheaper than any of the other leading travel companies. Really pleased and will be back to book further trips! Everything went according to plan. All pre booked hotels and trips worked perfectly. The trip was everything we asked for and more. It was a fabulous trip and the help and detail we were given to help us decide was excellent. The only disappointment was that, booking slightly late, we did not qualify for the personal trip book. They need 45 days notice and we only had 35. Think they could have provided this if they had chosen to.

Having previously booked with Travel by Hannah we knew that their customer service is second to none . We again were not disappointed, we booked our holiday last minute and their prompt responses and eye for detail was exceptional. Great Travel Agent, been doing my own arrangements, but won't be anymore! Went in with a vague of what I had in mind, and Lily quickly found six great holiday options. The holiday was great and all transfers etc worked brilliantly.

Travel by Hannah packaged an amazing holiday for us to Bali, Lombok and Singapore. All the transfers were seamless and the quality of hotels they selected was exceptional even arranging for upgrades for our son’s 21st.
I found communication to be excellent through the process and that the price of the trip considering how much was included was really good value.
I haven’t used a travel agent for years but I am now sold on sticking with this super helpful and friendly team for future trips.
