Travel by Hannah Reviews 

My husband and I went to Travel by Hannah after collecting a holiday brochure from her. We were immediately struck by how friendly she and her staff were. We returned to book our holiday and after explaining to her that we were relatively inexperienced in arranging a holiday that required some expertise in using technology, she was able to reassure us that we could depend on her and her staff to guide us through the procedures. Our holiday was a great experience due in great part to Hannah’s efficiency and sympathetic guidance in all aspects of booking.

We went into Hannah’s to book our trip to America and Billy was extremely helpful and made booking very easy and no stress at all. Would highly recommend Travel by Hannah

Travel By Hannah staff are super friendly and return your call/email etc which is an excellent start. I suggested where I wanted to go and they came back with a selection of hotels for the dates I needed pretty fast but when I confirmed my choice, the price kept creeping up inbetween each call and email..

Also re the hotel, it was at least 5Ks away from the centre of Rome which had its plus and minus points. It meant we were in a residential area of Rome which was interesting and far less touristy and if you're a good walker or happy to negotiate Rome's public transport system it was a fun way to find out more about current every day Rome. But if you're not that mobile or adventurous and are just there to see the ancient sights, it's not a great fit.

The hotel itself was what I would call shabby chic. In some areas it was full marble and in other areas the furnishings were really tired. Also despite it being a lovely 25degrees all the outside areas including the terrace weren't open which was quite stifling.

Breakfast was excellent though and the majority of the staff really kind.

Listened to what we wanted. Broad range of options. Sorted all the car parking etc. Everything went without a hitch.

We wanted to book a 4-night stay in Salzburg, Austria, and Milla helped us find the right place to stay while we visited old friends in the city. Flights, transfers and accommodation were fine. The only glitch was when it looked as if our transfer of payment hadn't gone through, but after some anxiety, all was well.
All the staff at Travel by Hannah were friendly and knowledgeable, and dealt with our queries promply.

The service received from Hannah and her team was excellent. I gave three options for a trip and within 24 hours I had 6 options to choose from. Hannah advised that I could save money by changing my dates by one day which Did

Great service. Helped my travel plans and found the best flights for me. I found it confusing on lin as split flights. They found me a direct one. Great!
