Aaron, the agent who helped me, was fantastic. Despite the current situation in the middle east, he managed to secure a better deal than anything else l could find online. Always polite & friendly as well as reassuring about the company's security/legitimacy - my ATOL certificate arrived immediately after booking. Communication was timely and very responsive. I will 100% book again.

Disappointed
I am 79 years old, and I have dealt with many companies in my lifetime, but my experience with Travel Cart UK was one of the worst. The staff spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, which I found very upsetting. I expected patience and basic courtesy, but instead I felt brushed off and not taken seriously. I left feeling let down and disappointed. After all these years, I can tell when a company does not care about its customers, and sadly, this was one of those times.
I would advise others, especially older people, to be very careful before using this service. I will not be returning.

The person l spoke to did so well to get me a cheaper ticket based on the time l want to travel, regardless the time of the night, while the many l sent my request to did not respond until the next day which l have already received help form Travel Cart, and with patience till l got through to the bank for the payment.
