I booked with this agent in January for myself and my friend. I got the tickets and the flight was good.

I contacted this travel agent on the 31/04/26 for my travelling to Lagos. After speaking to one of their staff ( named Muhammad. He was polite and friendly at first, but after l made a deposit of 100 pounds, everything changed. Couple of days after he started started avoiding my calls. I was told that the initial flight fare has changed and that l have pay more. I ask for a refund but was told that my deposit is nonrefundable. Please be aware. This guys are scammers.

STAY AWAY!!!. They are not genuine. After paying 80% of my flight ticket of £5712 ( for 5 passengers), I was told that the price of my flight had changed, and my initial deposit of £750 is non-refundable.
I also lost money from all connecting flights to this journey. I do not recommend this agency at all.

They have not been picking my calls paid deposit in August 2025 for a trip in March 2026, called January 2026 to pay my balance as agreed on our WhatsApp chat only to tell me that my ticket has expired. They also stated that my deposit is not refundable! He said the new ticket is £7000! Why! This is unbelievable! Please get in touch ASAP as you are about to ruin my 2026 family holiday. I need my full ticket as you promised. I have my full balance! This is unbelievable!

The company is very professional in dealing with customers. The representative are very supportive and have caring attitude
