Thanks to the team for such great price plus patience with my booking to the most remoted island on earth, Easter Island.

This is a genuine company and nobody can beat the awesome service they provided. I'm very impressed so much appreciated for what you've done for me.

Why would you do such a thing ? I'm stuck at the airport without a ticket that I have booked on 18 Feb.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is a farce. I’m fairly certain it’s a couple of people in a room giving false reassurances that they will call you back with responses to the simplest of questions. This has been weeks of me calling and emailing regarding a partial refund on a ticket that they made a mistake on. Save yourself the trouble.

My Amex always sends me a confirmation message after I make a purchase. I never received this alert… instantly I thought it was not right. If their system is not getting the money from Amex after the purchase, they are storing my credit card details. I instantly called Amex and blocked my card. A legit company WILL NEVER STORE YOUR CARD, they will send the details to the issuer and receive a credit confirmation. Run from it.

Our flight was booked online at a competitive price .
Yes we did receive a call to say one of the flights had a small increase . We said we would leave it then.
Immediately they honoured original price .

The flights x 3 were on time no delays and as described when booking .

I would use again .

Having read some of the reviews here I had my doubts about buying from them. I also got a phone call asking if I wanted to change my trip details, to avoid going via the USA, which requires a transit visa. However the alternative offered was not the premium economy seating I required. Despite all of this, my flights to and from London and Canberra went without hitch, and were the desired premium economy seating. The price was the most competitive I found. Would use again.

I booked through Travelcation for my family trip during easter then a week later they called saying they could not fulfil my booking and I would need to pay more to secure it.
They seemed very disorganised and opportunistic in their approach. The frustrating thing is I could have booked directly with the operator for a cheaper price if they had told be they couldn't fulfil my booking. I will be complaining to ATOL regarding this.

The flight could not be confirmed at the price initially offered, but Stella helped me to find a ticket that was only slightly more expensive.

They offer a low price but then ring less than an hour later to say the price has increased from £1400 to £1700. There was an option not to pay it but I was booking last minute due to a family emergency so just wanted it booked. I don’t believe for one second they ever had the lower price available but just did it to lure people in.

This company it's a scam !! They wait til your out the country and demand more money for your return flights !!
The £99 insurance they provide isn't worth the paper it's wrote on!
They had £1500 on a requiring payment and tried to take the money from me twice !
These people will do anything to get t money off you and the second there is something wrong your on your own , they refuse to help, they sent my actual ticket to me 20mins before I flew , I have to contact them , highly disorganised, no one is singing from the same sheet, do not be tricked like me

Booked an urgent flight and Max helped me with the process and provided me all travel documents asap. I would definitely use Travelcation again for my future travel needs.

they have ALL Ghosted me refusing to return $4,900. I beg you all, NOT to trust these smooth-talking shysters.

Although there were miscommunications with the adjustment of the flight details, Max Williams was still patient and was able to handle it professionally

Bad customer experience from Travelcation team. I purchased flight tickets from Travelcation. Without my knowledge they included an add-on insurance policy in the total cost of my booking, and did not provide any itemisation to disclose it in the receipt / invoice / booking confirmation.

After initially refusing to provide a refund for the cost of the add-on, the team lead offered me a credit voucher with Travelcation - but since then, he has ignored all emails so I have been unable to use the credit.

I strongly recommend people avoid booking tickets via Travelcation

Stay Away from this company!!
1/ Offer cheapest deal £505/-
2/ Waited for more than 24 hours.. no email confirmation!!
3/ When contacted through online, got through and surprise surprise offered me higher rates..
4/ £550/- which was most expensive as I checked online same time. I told the person why you offering most expensive than within few minutes. Have a better offer £510/-
So I agreed - what a disappointment!!!

The agent said nothing about the terms..
Booked and afterwards when tried to choose seat there is additional fees..

Emirates airline was £525 with seat preference..

Why why did I say yes to such agent!! I do recommend stay away from such agent..

I was really surprised by the services received by Travelcation and specifically the agent that helped me, Scarlett Woods. Had been looking for days for a decent flights to travel to the Philippines and everything was just crazy expensive. I phoned up Travelcation and Scarlett immediately made me feel like I was going to be looked after and they would do anything they can to find me a suitable flight. I asked many questions and Scarlett was more than patient with me, managing to secure a great deal for me. Thank you!
